ITC Maurya, a nice, cosy place with very friendly staff and reasonably close to airport and city center. But I find it very busy through out the year. The so much talked about Bukhara is over hyped according to me on taste front. No doubt the service is 5 star and worth your money.
Sukhbir and his team of staff made the banquets event a special one for me and my friends. Courteous, discreet and attentive service is hard to come by. Coupled with warmth and hospitality, this was a special experience on all fronts. Kudos!
This was my first visit to Dum Pukht. The decor was great with comfortable seating as one would expect. Coming on to the food, we ordered lamb chops and Kakori kebabs which were suggested by the staff as their signature dishes and they certainly didn't disappoint!
Kakori kebab was served with sheermaal and the lamb chops were coated with a delectable masala that made them really succulent. In main course, we had dal dum pukht and biryani. Dal dum pukht, a signature yellow dal of the place failed to impress though. Biryani was by far one of the best biryanis we've had. This is definitely a goto for special occasions.
CHOCOLATE APPRECIATION DAY!
The day was spent at Fabella the Chocolate Boutique in appreciation of chocolate sourced from various plantations,amazed at how such little amount of cocoa had the power to spread soo much happiness all over the world. The most amazing revelation being the seductive aromatic pairing of chocolate and green tea.

I did not like the food at Bhukara. Knowing the signature taste of the food there, I was not satisfied. The seating location for us 8 people was very inconvenient. We also had to wait for over an hour when we we're assured only a waiting time for 45 minutes. It's safe to say that I will not be going there anymore.
Contrary to the name the hotel actually is average. Room looked ordinary, uneven and broken floor.
This place hosts my favorite restaurants like Dum Pukht, Ottimo at West view. It also has Bukhara its not my favorite but has been winning prizes for decades for food. This is a luxury property in Delhi close to airport that has been hosting who is who of the world.

Lawns are badly maintain , hotel imperial lawns are more green. Dry grass was falling in the plates.
A great elegant hotel. Has many shopping options also available within the hotel. Some of the great and well known restaurants are in this hotel. Try Dum Pukht. Its great.

Went to Bukhaara after a long time. Long delay in seating with no clarity on order preference. Food now is now lost it's charm and is clearly over priced. Due to busy time service is slow.
The place gives a feeling of being a celebrity, whenever I visit...... It's the aura of the place coupled with a grand lobby with paintings from the top artists ..... makes it really exclusive

One of the best hotels in Delhi! Also the favourite of American Presidents when visiting Delhi. The rooms and restaurants on the upper floors gives one a great view of one of the 'lungs' of Delhi - the scrubby greens of the Southern Ridge. The Bukhara and Dum Pukht restaurants on the lobby level are considered to be amongst the finest restaurants in the city.

Went there for a party and enjoyed the ambience and luxury food as well as drinks..The entry has vellet parking service....its free!!!!Once you enter the lobby after security check in you are treated with welcome drink....the lobby is very luxurious and is very big...the staff is very courteous and friendly

It's a five star hotel with all kinds of free parking and easily accessible place. Conducive atmosphere, with spacious lounge to sit leisurely and either work or relax. Nearer to airport and railway station.
