30 years back, this place was full of charm and freshness, now today its all mechanical the face and behavior of staff, even in Lobby uniformed groups of male and female staff are keeping an eye on vistors and most of the times gossiping and chatting, lighting and paintings just not everything, more than a Dozen staff standing in small groups and chatting, God knows what they were talking more than an hour, finally not worth today as it was years back
Haven t met a more poorly managed hotel , we were made to all 2.5 kms due to some VIP movement , then the guards were so ill behaved , we were just shunted from one gate to the next without being told where

This is the royal and infact most luxurious hotel in Delhi. According to my best of knowledge most of the foreign leaders stayed here. It influence the person who believes in luxurious life. You will feel comfort here.
Best Hotel with Great service. My second home in Delhi. They treat you like a Maharaja. Must try their 2 speciality restaurants Peshawari and Dum Pukht. Prior reservation a must.

Dum pukht famous for Biryani. After retirement of old chef it is not same. Old Biryani was super tasty. Biryani and kebabs both now are below average

One of the finest hotels in Delhi. Dum Pukht restaurant where we had dinner serves some mouth watering dishes. The lamb kababs are not to be missed. They are very delicious and so soft that you may not be able to hold them with your fork. They also serve good prawn and chicken dishes.

I travel quite frequently and find it hard to adjust to the constantly changing environment. At ITC Maurya, not only were the rooms uber comfortable, it was also great to interact with the staff, as they were very polite and helpful.

What do I say for having had the privilege of eating at one of the World's best restaurants. The ambience was abuzz with soft chats of customers around, who were enjoying every bit of the dishes spread out on their respective tables. The aroma of succulent kebabs ensured our appetite was spruced and we had enough space to bite into the delicacies and transcend into some other world. The staff was impeccable in their service, approach and served us with a smile, readily suggesting dishes to our guests who did not know what to order
Overall, an amazing evening filled with satisfaction, excitement and of course the aroma of the delicious food. The only (a bit insignificant though) blemish was that the Mutton Raab was not succulent/tender and hence we wee not able to really do justice to it.

Awesome hotel and service.The best of ITC in INDIA.Where all the celebrities come to stay.When We were staying,we saw the most of the IPL team come there.We had a chance to see the Dalai Lama going to his room.What a memorable moment.The walls are adorned by M.F.Hussain's,Tyeb Mehta,etc Paintings,Huge Murals ,nice to see the Hotel give importance to the Indian Art Moment.The Welcoming of the staff was really heart warming,very friendly.Nice clean rooms also.Was at home feeling.
Very good premises for official as well personal parties
One of the best hotels of Delhi . We went there on a friend's birthday party . Maurya have 5 restaurants we chose DUM PHUKET . It have a vintage setup which is very very attractive to people whole really like royalty . Prices was quite justified (Approx - 2k/per without alcohol) . Service was to the notch . We had good fun .

Dal "Bukhara" is still the highlight among other delicacies like Paneer dishes n vast spread of tandoori breads.. Staff very courteous n ambience awesome makes this place a must visit destination.. Simply loved it.
Amazing hotel. Bukhara, the restaurant is a foodies paradise. The Dal bukhara and naan are just out of the world. Reservation is highly recommended as this place has long waiting time.
