Overall, the hotel is in the early stages of becoming dingy. Carpets in the rooms show extreme wear and the wooden floors creak substantially. Due to my late arrival and departure (2:00 AM), I booked two extra nights to insure that I had a room to access immediately upon arrival and shower prior to departure - despite this,my Lifetime Titanium status and stated preference for a high-floor room, I was still given a regular room on the lowest floor. I found sleeping with numerous occupancy sensors (I hope that is what they were) blinking all night an unnerving distraction. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of food, but the crowded seating afforded no privacy to communicate with my colleagues and despite having more servers than any restaurant I have ever observed, the service was consistently poor - constantly had to wave frantically just to have my black coffee refreshed. Note that my dining experiences at Bukhara and Tian were wonderful. On my last evening prior to check-out, I was entering the shower when the sliding door shattered (it was NOT slammed shut in any manner), proceeded to detach from the hardware and fall in upon me. Fortunately, the glass was tempered such that there were no large sharp pieces, but needless to say, I was very disturbed. Upon check-out, barely an apology was offered for my inconvenience. Bottom line: unless you are an Indian national, expect less-than-respectful treatment and courtesy..

A fabulous 5-star property where you can come stay amidst ultra luxury. The staff is, as expected, fabulous, the ambience is wonderful and since I was there for a work related conference, the food that we were served was fabulous too.

I'm 100% sure the rooms would be well worth it too, although I haven't had the opportunity to stay at their rooms. Yet.

Overall experience - fabulous!

You get the best service staying here. The restaurants here are reknowned. Includes the Bukhara, Dum Pukht, Pavilion and an Italian restaurant. The Kaya Kalp spa is an experience not to be missed. There's a wide variety of Western and Indian buffet spread for breakfast. And if it's not there, you can request for what you like from the kitchen. They'll try to accommodate your pallate.

The hotel is excellent. Attended a ceremony hosted in Kamal Mahal. The decoration was great. Ambience also great. Service was excellent. The food quality has to be improved. Rest all is well.

Went for a golden wedding anniversary dinner. As usual well decorated and excellent service from very well trained staff. Food was alright but not excellent by Maurya standards. A pleasant experience.

Great location and amazing ambiance, however when checking out, we ran into problems with our card not being charged requiring emails and phone calls to be exchanged afterwards with a less helpful subset of the staff, as we were constantly being transferred from one individual to the next and told everyone is busy. It truly is unfortunate given how great the stay was that issues arose during the check out and bill settlement process.

One of the finest hotels in the Country and Capital having hosted several leading personalities of the world including Former American Presidents. Housing the world famous and probably the most expensive Indian Restaurant "Bukhara" offering sumptuous Indian Delicacies. A Beautifully landscaped and ideally located hotel in the Diplomatic Enclave in the heart of New Delhi.

ITC is an expensive hotel in the embassy enclave area. Service is very hospitable, but it did take a rather long time to check out, I'm not sure why.
The rooms are rather small, I think because this is an older hotel. There were a number of universal electrical outlets, which is unusual, and very nice. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom is nice, but small. They're was a standard hotel-sized refrigerator in my room.
The breakfast is very nice, but if you want only Western food you will be disappointed. I don't know the cost, as it was included with the room. The grounds are very nice, with a large outdoor pool.
In light traffic, it is about 30" to the airport.
This was an SPG chain hotel, now Marriott.

One of the best hotels in Delhi. Located in Chanakyapuri, among various embassies. Fantastic service, beautiful rooms and delicious food in the various restaurants. If you're staying here, you need to have the daal at "Bukhara", which is where the dish "daal bukhara" originated.
Strongly recommended.
