ITC Maurya Sheraton & towers Hotel, New Delhi Review

Oh it's an iconic luxury hotel. Ever since Mr. Bill Clinton has stayed here more-or-less every head of states stats here only. It's a beautiful property in the heart of Delhi on Sardar Patel Marg. Due to some work roads from ring road are closed towards ITC hence use Google map to reach here.
It's a costly hotel and can cost $250++ per night on any good day. Favourite venue for weddings and events as well.
Food- Daal Bukhara is thier baby. So you simply can't miss thier signature restaurants Bukhara and Dumpukht. Thier Biryani is the best in the word. But again bill for 2 can be anywhere between $300-$500 easily. Staff is amazing. Its core Indian hospitality. You will definitely love it here.

had dinner at the Bukhara... though the taste of individual dishes were good....but just having tandoori cuisines...which happened to be very dry and the ambience was way too noicy... it's a road side dhaba for the deep pockets...will never again visit Bukhara... other are worth visiting

The food at Bukhara was average and lacked humility. However the Food at Tian on rooftop was a gastronomical and experience delight

The best that money can offer. The food is great. Service is fantastic and it's classy. Their chocolate sare to die for. Bukhara is legendary. Nothing compares to it in the world.

I can say after all what have gone through since March...the return to India and stay at itc maurya was the best one. The room,cleanliness like everything.
I was in qaurentine for a week...and a big thanks to Ms.Jyoti Thapa who kept every evening checking if my stay was fine, if I needed any help during dis time wen I was locked inside my room. She has been an amazing staff ...a jewel to ITC...
Looking to be back soon...but sure when life will be normal again.

Had a 5 week stay there and it's a lovely hotel with helpful staff, great choice of restaurants and good facilities.

Excellent ambience and convenience. Excellent tasty food with local and popular variants of the menu. Clean, very comfortable rooms with good toiletries. Handling of large groups could be improved.

Waiting time for table is too much if you want to eat at Bukhara.

Machan is gud but has a limited choice for all my fellow vegitarians,but its a fest for the people who relish non veg

This has a rustic and ancient ambience to it which exudes the feeling of being in Delhi. The best thing I'd say is their food. Generally luxury hotels don't have that taste but not ITC. Great food !

Lot of formal approach. Good for high society culture. Personal touch missing. Yes sir ,yes sir approach. Not for the people who expects at least value for money spent approach.

Best hotel in my experience the restaurant Bukhara in best i loving it

I visited this place to go to the famous restraunt Bukhara . It was truly amazing to have such a great service . While the menu was a little limited but the food was totally amazing . It is on the pricier side but it non vegetarian and vegetarians delight .

We wish they provide adequate service as of Luxury Hotel.

I stayed here for a week (Institutional Quarantine).The rooms are gigantic ,spotless and very hygienic. The food was great and special attention was given by Ms Jyoti from Guest relation team. Daily temperature checks were taken regularly too.
The hospitality was beyond exceptional, starting from the arrival .Overall ,the experience was really safe post lockdown situation. Proper sanitization was done at all times and all precautionary measures were taken by the hotel property. Staff were always available to help and assist

Highly disappointed with some of the staff at Mauryas,, I had stayed there multiple times and we ve been associated with this hotel even in the past, however this time the banquet manger was playing extremely rude when we visited him for booking a hall for my function. They agreed on a price and later added other things and increased the price.He saw that we are wanting to book it and was playing games in order to charge more when we went to sign the deal. Created a chaos for us at the last moment... Highly unethical, atrocious. Would never recommend anyone to visit or book the venue for any function, specially where clients are not treated politely. They won t make your function smooth

Good food, a bit on the expensive side. But awesome customer service - 5 STARS mainly for that. The waiter messed up my order and bought chicken biryani instead of the mutton biryani ordered. The food got served on my plate after which I realized and complained. They readily agreed to switch it, but since I didn t want to waste food on my plate, I agreed to just have it. The manager however, was pretty apologetic and also offered mutton biryani on the house.

Wonderful, all I can say...!!! Food is really delicious...!!! And the ambience adds to it.
