Been there for decades..The impact of Covid Pandemic was very much visible. No Cheerful Reception, No exhuberant bar, No Smokers by the Pool Corner, No Well dressed Men and Women in the Patio...A run down version...Pray God the world gets rid of the Pandemic...Let the Cake shop Serve us the Lemon Tarts and Chocolate Mousse et Al once more, Let's drink and at least partake a puff of Havana Cigars, Let's enjoy the food at Dakshin...Adyar Gate- Please do come alive for Chennai's sake..

Good hotel. Great ambience. Room and guest service was great.

This review is about Gatsby Bar .The worst Experience I ever had. I would say the worst bar. While charging entry fee they said stag dancing is allowed. But when we went inside they said stag dancing is not permitted. The manager of bar was the worst manager ever met. Was drunk and hurling abuses. Even had a fight with him because of his misbehaviour. Would never recommend anyone to visit it.
Didn't have all the drinks as listed in the menu. Starters listed in the menu not worth it .

A five star hotel in the city with impeccable rooms and good service. The speciality restaurant Dakshin (as the name reveals) is a must visit for the south Indian food. Excellent ambience and superb service. One thing that struck a sore note was that residents in the hotel didn't seem to be welcome to the nightclub there. Charging hotel residents to use the night club ain't a nice thing whereever in the world be it.

Beautiful Hotel. If you are looking for luxury, this is the place to be.

Food is very good, rooms are getting scaled up, service is courteous

the restroom for disabled persons kept locked and it took half an hour to get it open in the 11th floor meeting hall

Hotel is good and like average 5 star hotels of India.

The party place, only visited their Gatsby and it's great.

Highly overrated! Overpriced for very ordinary food. Pretty bad customer service as a whole!

Visited for a family gathering. I'm rating this only for food.
It was pathetic and very bad.
Other than that, the interior is so good and mesmerising the staffs are good and perfect.

Located in an easily accessible place, crowned plaza provides a nice service to its customers. "The residency" dining was good with wide variety of dishes. The taste of the food was good and the host were courteous. Overall, it was a nice experience
