Superb place to go. Had dinner at kababs and curries. Loved the taste of both veg n non-veg. I suggest to go this restaurant at itc kakatiya

ITC Kakatiya was known for its hospitality is missing...poor guest care Management..poor amenities... Dhakshin is a solace...exceptional is Kota Durgaiah head concierge

Might be good . But I stay in the State Bank Staff College Campus next to it. Which is mistaken either as ITC Kakatia's property or teachers' colony. I am fed up conveying this. Currently I an on vacation and have come to my hometown.

Excellent for arranging conference and marriage receptions. We had organized a 2 day conference and it turned out to be excellent choice.

I can call it as my home in hyd as i hav stayed here so many times that each and every corner of this property is familier to me. Beautiful structure, minimistic but impressively designed rooms, variety of yummy food. Staff of this property is very cordial and ready to help which makes ur stay memorable. Keep it up team Kakatiya!!

Good property.. however the banquet needs to be renovated and get a better ambience as compared to newer 5 stars around the city. Food amd service is of excellent taste and quality.

Dining experience at ITC Kakatiya Dakshin restaurant was ultimate. The food is authentic and top notch. The ambiance is very energetic and calm. The menu from different parts of south India is amazing. We ordered Rassam, mixed lenthil and banana flower dumplings and coconut water drink to kick start our Dinner and then we went for lamb dish from Kerala with Kothu Paratha. The dish with heavenly aromas and flavours was real treat for taste buds and lamb was cooked so perfect that it was literally melting bin mouth.

The best part was dessert, we ordered Badam Halwa on advise of captain and there broke all the heavens....I have not tasted anything so beautifully made with flavours and aromas out of this world. It's must try when you are at ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad!

We will surely visit this place again next time and try their signature Veg and non Veg Thalis.

One of the best 5 Star hotel in Hyderabad with good access from Railway station, Bus station, and Airport. Food is very nice. Ample parking space is available.

Expensive... Only people who can spend money for fun would generally prefer this place.

Spent my quarantine period of 7 days. It was the most comfortable experience with awesome food and very friendly service. Thank you ITC Kakatiya and management for letting this period of quarantine go smoothly. God bless.

The decorations, the manner of welcoming, the lighting are excellent. You'll love the experience.

Nice place. I was there for a buffet with my family on a weekday. The place almost empty. They had a lot of options in terms of food and sweets. Fish was being made in order. The food was not according to Indian taste buds as they have to cater different ppl from different countries. The staff was nice, they offered free cold drinks to my kids. One star less only because of the food missing the masalas we Indians like other wise its a good place. Expensive thou.

Very bad food even street food is upscale when compared to the cusine in this hotel Grand only in name

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff at Coffee shop, Bar and housekeeping staff .

Stayed here for a day. Great food, especially their breakfast, (chicken sausage and chocolate chips pancakes ;)). Very courteous staff, clean bathrooms. Refreshments were worth mentioning too. Ambience of a heritage hotel.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are very well sanitised and cleaned. I felt safe during my trip recently amid Covid19 crisis. In-room dining options are enough too for a short visit.

We were on way back to home from banglore to raipur ,Its a lovely hotel.. well maintained staff are soft spoken & understanding , breakfast was included , but we had to check out at 4am so they packed us a big goodie bag of breakfast which was very tasty they even made it jain as preferred by us these attention to details make ITC KAKATIYA so much better thanks for hosting us, I personally loved the old style table which was in the room,
