The most lovely ITC I have ever been, it has a warm, welcoming look to it.

Hospitality is too good.
Food was not up to the mark. Especially the Chinese cuisine is absolutely waste.
Some of the desserts such as hot gulab jamun was good.

First time I had been here for an professional event, it was an awesome experience. The ambience was too good and food was served well, all dishes were just finger licking.

The hotel is located close to MG road and other tourist places in Bangalore. Also a great place to host corporate events.

Regular stay for my visiting friends when they are on work in the city. Efficient, Eco friendly and decent amenities making stay very comfortable and easy. Full package services and friendly environment across the whole hotel.

We had an awesome stay here. We were upgraded to the club one suite and it was a great experience. Very friendly and affable staff who do their best to ensure that your stay is pleasant. Worth the price paid. The staff were extremely courteous and went out of the way to take care of our needs. This stay made us feel at home.

I'm surprised everyone giving good ratings

Slippers were already used and stinky, I found many hairs on the floor, bathtub was dirty....

I have lounge access but I wasn't given any explanation about it at all.
No explanation on my gold membership previleges e.g.room upgrade either

Tasted rich chocolate from Fabelle... Cuban tree restaurant has buffet n a la carte... Not so expensive for a common man...

Amazing luxury restaurant to fulfill all our luxury wants and desires

A hotel with real value for guest service. Everything thing else takes a back seat. Anything you might ask for is available is a jiffy. Staff are too courteous and serve with a smile. Rooms are well done, good lighting, spacious lobby, good food.

Excellent customer service, excellent staff and food.

Visited this place in the lockdown they have a scaled down menu but everything we tasted were excellent. Staff take all precautions and safety. They have a scan menu and options to pay electronically which is excellent but you need an OTP to even read the menu which was a little annoying. Otherwise loved our experience.

Wonderful 5* hotel in middle of the city. I liked the ambiance of the hotel and hospitality. Thai dishes are very nice.

The food is not exactly worth 1800(including taxes)per person....buffet had a large variety tho... desserts were very good... friendly staff....five star atmosphere.... great variety of continental food...

Travelled on business. Great breakfast buffet at the 24-hour hour restaurant. They really have something for everyone here. I would specially recommend the elegant EDO restaurant for all sushi lovers.

Dinner at ottimo was amazing, Italian at its best.. great service, humble and polite staff.. their dessert game is too good and too strong!! But, alcohols are a way too expensive!

I had dinner at Ottimo Cucina. It was associated with the Restaurant Week India. The food was amazing.

Nice facilities for arranging a big event like the Arm Technical Seminar. Enjoyed the good food. Parking is good. Entry and exit is easy.
