After our review of 3 weeks ago, we would have liked to write that we have come to a solution. Nothing is less true. Director Mr Geerling promises time and again to take up the matter and remains unreachable afterwards. Or write letters showing that he does not know what the issue is about. The latest messages from Mr. Geerlings: "Can I call you later?"; then not called back, "" I will call during the week ", did not happen," I am consulting with M. ", M. does not know anything about it," I will get back to you after this weekend ", nothing more, "You will hear from me today", nothing more. Maddening, this service, or rather the lack of service that we pay for. Time for another provider.

Sorry but I don't speak Dutch well. After I moved into my apartment, for which I pay a couple hundred Euros a month in association fees, I sent a question to Atrium because they are paid to run our association. I never got a response back from Atrium. Atrium likes to take people's money, but they do not respond to basic emails. Horrible.

Had a very bad experience at Atrium Vastgoedmanagement with real estate agent Rick Valkhof. Avoid this unreliable broker.

Atrium has actually not provided any services for our VVE for over a year. The chairman is desperate.
This year's third manager can't handle the job. In an extreme attempt to smooth out this situation tried to reach the management. I have been promised for three days that I will be called back by the director.
How long will it take before people are willing to speak to me?

I have done a lot of business with VVE administrators, but the experiences I have had with this company are only bad. Do not think in the interests of the customer at all, despite the fact that they are much more expensive in comparison. I do not recommend this company.
