I'm surprised everyone giving good ratings

Slippers were already used and stinky, I found many hairs on the floor, bathtub was dirty....

I have lounge access but I wasn't given any explanation about it at all.
No explanation on my gold membership previleges e.g.room upgrade either
My name card says "Mr." despite I'm a lady

Most of the staffs are friendly and helpful tho
