Airport with only basic services, a bar with very sad stale minipanini and slices of pizza cooked hours before, shops that open only during the few daily flights, poorly groomed toilets, without soap and toilet paper, there are no three gate gates monitor to see the flight status, in the departure area there are no seats for everyone, personal assistance is not available for delays.
You go to planes on foot (a practice considered unsafe).
Who gave 5 stars has never seen a real airport.

Car rental car park poorly marked. No shops and no catering at the gates

The airport is small but thanks to periodic Ryanair connections I have a perfect connection with this part of Italy. Nice service. Easy check-in. I recommend;)

The amenities are non-existent and the service is basic...or rude. It ain't gonna change so get used to it or go elsewhere.... Correction, amenities do exist....to some extent.

A nice small and tidy Airport where you can find all that you need in a small space. All is well organised, no waste of commercial spaces. It would be nicer to have some Taxi in front of the Airport and not only the designed post for it. Overall was a nice experience.

Before entering the airport on foot you could access from Auchan; now the passengers are forced to walk along the Tiburtina road for a while before being able to access the Airport. It was a decision, in my opinion WRONG, taken by the Director.

Small regional airport. You get exactly what that suggests. Make sure your phone is charged. Also, avoid flying Alitalia. They change your flight bookings regularly and don t appropriately communicate.

I landed in Pescara once with a private plane, excellent ground and flight services, excellent restaurant!

It's a basic airport however that means you won't be delayed getting in or out. If you arrive early and the shopping centre across the road is open go there for something to eat (or something to take home)!

Airport poorly organized, very few flights and staff almost nonexistent. It seems to have stopped 30 years ago! Provincialism at the highest level, no comment for the management. Forget about the web site completely: no mobile layouts and even there are still plug-ins for adobe flash. UX really does not exist, simply put a useless site.

Airport without too many frills. There are the necessary services, good general cleaning. Convenient connection with the bus, very quick security checks. It wouldn't hurt a bar after security checks.

Since I often land at this airport, it is relatively easy for me to find everything but still someone else could orient themselves there because it is all signposted. Staff is friendly, security control goes ahead without any technical problems. The prices of the shops in the airport are a bit expensive but are just airport prices.
Parking fee is ok.
Airport is easy to find and is clearly signposted.
There are several languages spoken as in any other airport too.

I found the baggage boarding service to be very poor, having found breakages to the external structure in both my suitcases. Same situation also for other passengers. It should be more cautious in dealing boarding without launching them. I hope you take strict measures. Thank you .

Small, friendly, compact and convenient airport in Pescara, Abruzzo

We flew from Abruzzo airport to Stanstead recently. The airport is fairly small without many facilities.
We found the airport staff very friendly and helpful. We have no issues with the airport.
There is only 1 cafe. The staff there should not be working in tourism. We found one particular lady to be extremely rude and unhelpful. We spent over 30 euros, so not a bad sale.
We do not speak Italian, but do our best to use our limited vocabulary, which seemed to upset her even more.
Our suggestion, take your food and drink and do not support this cafe.

I often travel from Pescara airport and it is not the first time that I come across staff in check-in or badly educated and scurvy, and to change all the staff are incompetent.

The worst service I have ever seen. My flight was lost because the service of check-in was closed earlier than it was supposed to be. The plane had to depart from Pescara at 15:45. I arrived in the airport at 15:15 and the employee of the check-in was not there.Then, I went to the information office to ask to communicate with the person who is responsible for that department, but he refused meeting and talking to me.Even though the plane took off 20 minutes later than the scheduled flight.I am a student and I lost my exam because of that irresponsible behaviour of the staff. This is an insulting behaviour towards albanian .
