Terrible. Very bad connection. Breaks up during my work early in the morning...every day. Upload - very bad. Called them many times. The only thing they did is sending technician saying: we can't do anything about it.

Terrible abuse of elderly people ! Tricking elderly who wouldn't even know how to use these services into signing contracts, making cancellations difficult. As a company Iskon Internet lacks the most basic integrity.

The internet lags and turns out. Very poor speed for what they promised. So I do not recommend anyone to take the internet there.

The internet doesn't work anymore than it does. The connection is constantly firing, in most cases television is invisible. A service complete with customer support is catastrophic. There is no low enough rating for this service.

Total deterioration of services. Remaining 16-17 days without service. Simply disconnected justify in tcom defect switchboard. Took new packet as super fast Internet of 20-50mbit deliver max 22mbit and nothing more.And you will get up to 40-50mbit download.A renewed contract 3 times with them to get this.

He switched to Iskon 2 years ago and was terribly disappointed with the service because they had to establish a normal relationship for a month.
Now, at the end of the contract, I can say that apart from this transition, I was satisfied with the complete service and when I consider it, I have nothing to complain about.
Since they give the most for your money and get serious about the operator-consumer relationship, I extend my contract to 24m. and I raise a grade of 5 stars.

The router is delivered and activated for 45 days !!!! And that s what this aggressive honestly campaign doesn t tell you, you only find out when you sign the contract! I have been waiting for 2 weeks and the arrogant customer service tells me that I will wait at least another 20 days or so because as it is still within the legal deadline! Well, just because the deadline is so long doesn't mean you have to be so lazy, slow and sloppy !!!! And it is unfair that it was not mentioned before the contract was signed, so much about "honesty" !!!

Great service when it works and when it doesn't work, which is often enough, then the technical service on every complaint just finds new reasons to leave you without a net and tel as long as possible.

For a month now, I cannot resolve with them over the phone or mail account for 9mj month on which the net10 is double charged instead of 190kn it costs 380kn, I cannot see the account balance in the application, the router is reset every now and then, the settings are OK, one day I am " accidentally "shut down the internet after 10 calls turned it on no one knows the reason ?? Time passed, and the delivery of Internet still was not there. If I called customer service (5 weeks after the contract was concluded), no one would offer me specific information. After 45 days I got a call and notice that my internet will be delivered next Wednesday at 10h. Of course, nobody at my address did show up. Customer service also did not give any information on the agreed delivery. I'm sorry for such a bad experience, but I'm really disappointed with the service Iskon.

I'm sad there isn't 0 aka ZERO stars. Becouse this service is ZERO! Connection not stable, each day it goes away for minutes like 20-30times. Download speed instead of 10mb 3-5, and the biggest problem is the ZERO upload speed you will get all the time, so basically you cant send a single request with few kilobytes to a webpage, so you cant do anything on internet. AND now i have to wait 25!! days before i can change them, they wont give me the papers faster i need to change them for anozher provider...
