For a month now, I cannot resolve with them over the phone or mail account for 9mj month on which the net10 is double charged instead of 190kn it costs 380kn, I cannot see the account balance in the application, the router is reset every now and then, the settings are OK, one day I am " accidentally "shut down the internet after 10 calls turned it on no one knows the reason ?? I do NOT recommend horror!
