showroom plus service centre for iRobot. responsive & efficient staff in the service center. while there is a showroom in Phoenix Mall as well, this is the only service centre in Bangalore.

Great place to get a demo of irobot vaccum cleaner. Mr.Soibum is a great guy who passionately explained about the product. Very good customer interaction. Just explained the day to day practical challenges in cleaning house and explained how irobot compliment you household cleaning.

I gave my Braava here for a repair which got damaged due to my fault. They replaced it with a new one with minimum charges. I liked the service.
Every Indian household who has problem with thier maids should own one of these machines.

The rating is for the store and not the product.
Called up the stores and enquired about the products availability, cost and accessories. The lady was very helpful on the phone.
In store experience was not friendly nor helpful. No one cared to explain about the products nor features. After repeated request about purchase, they gave a card and asked me to fill. After few mins, they swiped my card, gave the bill envelop along with the product and that s it. The least I expected was a little empathy and help with installation. Had to rely on YouTube to install and learn about usage and features.

App and machine have made maintaining the house a breeze. Great buy for home or office, if the area's to be cleaned is more than 850sqft go for the longer battery duration model

cant find the showroom number as Im unable to book a demo. Needed both dry and wet!

17/Nov:Ordered an i7 online from iRobot directly. It arrived yesterday. After charging for couple of hours, teh app showed battery full. Tried using it and eery 40 seconds, it showed tap bumper to continue. Did that multiple time, did not work. Talked to the customer service - they said, please charge for 16 hours (though not mentioned in the instructions). Dis that today and the problem persists. With lot of difficulty talked to the customer service and they are asking to wait for one more day as most of their people are not available and will talk to me tomorrow. They said they will try to fix this model - This is atrocious ! You buy a premium product that is not working on arrival and you need to run around asking for getting the fixed with no professional support. I will keep updating how things go.. need a replacement for this faulty unit.

Please purchase iRobot and liaise with Nashtronics at your own risk. I purchased the i7 few days ago. It has since given me multiple error messages each day Support centre is not available at all and the store is not answer calls either. Once product is purchased, pray it lasts atleast 6 months to give you your money s worth because the support centre and the staff at the store is too busy to help you configure your new device or help you with any issues.

We casually went to see the product, but we were convinced to buy it with the courteous explanation by the service person (Mr. Iqbal). During the installation we faced the problem of connecting to the cloud. But when we sought help in the website, immediately we got the call and it was solved. Again by Mr. Iqbal. Now we are extremely satisfied and happy with Roomba i7. We look forward to the trouble free function of the product and a cleaner happier home.

The guy explained in detail about all variants and demonstrated both Roomba and brava.

We are very happy with the excellent service provided by Mr. Iqbal at Phoenix city mall.

Not worth the visit at all... The salesperson was not at all keen to explain about the product in keen and was just highlighting its positives and when i asked him about the wear and tear and electrical connectivity he went silent and stopped responding and just handed a catalogue because I asked so.. In short pathetic customer service before pre sales itself and for such high a component... Makes me wonder how he will treat us once any wear and tear happens post purchase and boom in short that's how people affect brands and my decision has changed to a alternative brand or even best a powerhorse vaccum cleaner...!!

Rushi was very helpful in addressing our concerns on the Roomba. He helped us willingly today.

Went in to see the demo. The staff there was helpful, answered all our questions & apprehensions honestly.

Best thing about the shop is you can get a home demo and then decide on the product. The person who came for demo (Iqbal in my case) knew the product completely and explained every bit nicely.

It is a very good robotic centre. When the robot malfunctions instead of going there we can make it proper ourselves.

I dont understand the need of this showroom, the staff do not want to show u a demo and they have absolutely no stock of the units....wasted time visiting this place

Roomba 980 is one of the best products that I've used so far in Vacuum Cleaners.

Rushi is an awesome service person. We own both Robot 980 & Brava. He has been extremely good at his work and been able to fix issues. He is calm collected and very customer friendly. Javeed is also a good support and been helpful. Usually post service is not good with most products we buy but this has been good so far..... Great job guys keep this going
