The rating is for the store and not the product.
Called up the stores and enquired about the products availability, cost and accessories. The lady was very helpful on the phone.
In store experience was not friendly nor helpful. No one cared to explain about the products nor features. After repeated request about purchase, they gave a card and asked me to fill. After few mins, they swiped my card, gave the bill envelop along with the product and that s it. The least I expected was a little empathy and help with installation. Had to rely on YouTube to install and learn about usage and features.
