Needs to work on kinder greetings from the staff and getting takeout orders right.

Gave them three chances. First time I ever went, I arrived for food pickup at 3pm on a Good Friday for fish and chips. It was close to empty inside, no one at the bar. I tried to flag down TWO waitresses, but was rudely told twice to seat myself as they zipped by. Finally was able to slow down the third to say "I'm here to pick up food." Waited about 30 minutes at the bar (called food in over two hours ago at this point). Second time, I came to pick up food, ordered a chicken salad, came home and no chicken on it and they flubbed our fish and chip order. We called them up, explained and they kindly sent us a gift cert in the mail and we thought, "how awesome, a place that cares." So we dropped it. Third and last time, my mother, out of town came to visit to help as I'm late in pregnancy to pick up fish and chips. She encountered the same problem not only with trying to get someome to help her pick up the food, but waited 45 minutes at the bar after calling in early and on an offpeak time. When she came home, everything was beyond cold and she asked for a lot of malt vinegar, but came back (like I did the first time) with Italian vinegar dressing. Not worth the 10 minute drive.

You know, I had low expectations going to an Irish bar next to a Metra stop, but I was wrong. Really good beer selection, friendly staff, nice patio, and good food that's not gonna win any awards, but you'll feel satisfied (get the Buffalo fries).

I went with my 4 year old and a friend for a late lunch. The bartender/ server was so sweet to my daughter. She gave her a bunch of different colored crayons to use while we were there, and gave her a couple of cherries and orange slices when my daughter commented that she was hungry. She also went the extra mile to bring out an appetizer very quickly for my hungry child. She was so polite, I will definitely go back, just for her!! The food is also excellent, and the beer selection is great too.

Went for a holiday party and the cottage is so cute. Very warm and comfortable with a bar in back. The food was delicious, probably the best wings I ve EVER had. This place needs more recognition.

Great bar that is always very accommodating to our group, the Chicago Patriots, for the meetings we have onsite. One of the best Shepherds Pie I've ever had. The Irish Breakfast is amazing as well.

GREAT PLACE!!!, food is always amazing and the drink selection is amazing the beer menu alone is roughly 6 pages long which means you have a great number of choices. The patio they have in back is great during the spring and summer time if your in the area I would highly recommend giving it a try.

Cool place. Authentic Irish pub with many beer options and really good food. Every day, there is a food special that is a great deal for $5. Friendly staff and always Irish music playing.

Tons of Shamrock atmosphere, many small, quirky rooms and a beautiful outside patio make Irish times a superb place to enjoy a Guinness (or two) and tell a tall tales about ancient Celtic heroes and bards. Great service adds to the fun and there's a wonderful menu to round out your visit.

Place was above expectations. Great food, great service, and the whole place has a very cozy vibe. We had a small room in the back, and although a friend of mine got the back room for a private party at the last minute, their accommodations, and service were nothing short of excellent. Also considering only one person(a manager I believe) helped us, his service was top notch. Thanks again and we will definitely be seeing you guys again.

This restaurant provides extraordinary service as well as delightful food. The best spot in the area. The food and drinks served rapidly and the prices are economical. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Food was just okay. The fish in the fish and chips was chewy and the coleslaw was awful. The hostess while nice seemed to not be organized. Our server was inattentive. The bar service was great though.

Cobbled together Irish pub made up of several storefronts. When I visited today, there were several loud, obnoxious drunks and this was between 5-7 pm. Has a separate dining room with what looked to be good food at prices that were not too outrageous. Had a bowl of corned beef and cabbage soup that was very tasty but kind of small.
