Used Pembroke Dock - Roslare a lot. Excellent service. ALWAYS in time. Good bars and restaurants and nice 'playground' for the kids.

Excellent service, very friendly staff all round and top notch food, keep it up!
Super clean cabin - very comfortable and cosy - close the door and take off your mask - the best way to travel between Ireland and GB.
Enjoyable crossing with a good choice of food, drink to keep all happy, the cabins are just perfect!
Have travelled many times using Irish Ferries and other companies, always very good service. I normally travel Club Class it's a little extra but worth the comfort.
Great way to get to and from Ireland, good food pleasent crossing
Excellent relaxed service
A Joyous way to travel.
Staff are efficient but need a more casual manner , seemed robotic .
Always double cabins for drivers because the crew does not want to clean up
I prefer the Irish Ferries because of the special charm. On board maintained atmosphere and who would like to invest a few extra euros in the club class in good hands. There are quiet seats on the 11th deck and small snacks and drinks are included in the price.
Travel fine almost takes longer to get off than the actual journey when arriving so when they advertise 3 hours 20mins add another hour on for your completed journey . And to make matters worse your transfer to city centre Dublin had departed at least 30mins after arrival
Good clean ferry, pleasant crew and a bump free crossing. Pricey as usual with a captive audience.
Very good sailing to england on 22nd may and also a very smooth sailing on return on 26th may..well done Irish Ferries.
I'm reaffirming the recent review mentioning "BEWARE! the Dublin Swift is essentially a pirate ship". They cancel this ferry at the drop of hat, which could be partially due to the design of the boat - it's a catamaran. But, though legal, it's unethical to keep proceeds. And it makes you wonder when they are cancelled in seemingly mild weather. We were on foot and they moved us to another ferry, which was fine. But that ferry's fare was less, and Irish Ferries are keeping the difference. Whatever their dubious intentions, this is a racket. They only get two stars because the Ulysses is nice. I'll try a competitor next time.
Good service but food onboard a bit pricey. Needs a choice for food intolerant people.
Our boat was delayed by over 3 hours but the staff still checked us in without telling us. This left us with no access to food or water on a very hot day. They could have told us and given us the option to come back in an hour or two. Not impressed.
I travel with Irish ferries a lot to go to Ireland and back. Every time I have travelled with them I have always received an answer to any question I may ask. The bar areas and food areas are always up to high standards for the customer. Everytime I have travelled with them I have never had a bad experience from any staff. I fully recommend Irish ferries.
Ended up having to change a booking last minute, customer services were very helpful and informative. The crossings there and back had friendly helpful staff and a very good coffee and cake deal that is well worth the 5
Loved it so much I am using them again at the end of the month to travel to Ireland once again.
What a great way to travel. Took the ulysess Dublin to Holyhead and the Jonathan Swift on our return. Great way to start and finish a holiday unwinding on board with a relaxing cruise. We took the car which ment we where no hampered with a baggage allowance. Traveling to a destination is as much a part of a holiday as arriving to your destination. Don't be in such a hurry to get there enjoy the journey. My tips book well in advance for better prices bring your own snacks on board the club lounge is good value at 18 per person. The Swift is faster but there is more to do on the bigger ships.
Good ferry service..good value. If traveling by car on early morning sailings (2am) be aware the car check-in desks do not always open and you should use the commercial vehicle desk located at other end of quay. There are no staff or signs to tell you this!!.
An easy trip on the swift only 2 hours as opposed to the 3 or more on the larger ships
Ferry is great cinema, pubs, food , duty-free, everything you need!
Every year with the Ulysses. Comfortable. Great range of shopping and food.
BEWARE! the Dublin Swift is essentially a pirate ship. Had both outbound and return journeys on it cancelled with the claim of adverse weather. Was reallocated a crossing on their other ship losing a days holiday. Irish Ferries then keep More
A week before trip Irish Ferries changed ship from W.B. Yeats to Epsilon (~1/3 W.B. Yeats size) that made trip to Cherbourg quite unplesent as such a small ships are more affected by wind and waves.
We have arrived earlier and seen W.B. Yeats sailing to Holyhead so it was not due to W.B. Yeats malfunction. If I'd known that I'd pick Stenaline from Rosslare.
Other than that it was OK and on time.
Not a bad place but bit of a wait to check in to get onto the boat
Great day on the boat but I suppose a smooth sea and a lovely day helps . In fairness the restaurant there was good which you would not expect
No issues apart from signage on Dublin port side. Coming out of tunnel from m50 could be better signpost I feel
The hassle of travelling to Dublin port was bad we were delayed on the way home and no explanation why and getting home on the M50 was definitely a case of taking your life in your hands this was the 8th time I travelled with Irish Ferries to France was dying to see the WB Yeats it didn't disappoint but don't think I will be traveling again its so much hassle getting to Dublin port between the road works traffic and the vast numbers of artics, Rosslare was a pleasure
Verry good and had a great journey thank John Carson Leeds u.k.
Nice crew. The food is excellent. The cabin is clean. A good place to sleep and rest. Stylish shops and a cafe. I would recommend.
The "New" Dublin Swift -Avoid if you get sea sick as this ferry is very wobbly even in relative calm seas.Although supposed to be new , this ferry looks old and used and basically maintained. What more annoying , even in relatively calm seas as it was during the last weekend 19-20/5/2018, sometime it was difficult just to walk across the floor. Better take the big Ulysses. The crossing is longer but much calmer.
Excellent professional attitude and willingness of staff. The pleasure to sail with this company.
Easy, well ordered embarkation & disembarkation. Booked a small cabin which was clean.
Ok but just that. "Free food" is cold, hard, the noise terrible when we thought we would have some quiet. Very expensive to be "parked" like sheep in noisy room
Not much to say, it's a ferry that goes from Holyhead to Dublin, never had a problem on any of the multiple trips we have made
Good stuff to great food just need to fix all the rocking
Very recommended need to update there ships and restaurants can be abit cheaper 20kid for a meal seems abit farfetched.
You have to try, once in your life, sail from Holyhead ,Wales to Dublin, Ireland...It may not be like Med sea but it's another kind of prettiness
Great service between Holyhead and Dublin. Large board well able to take the rough weather that s common on the Irish Sea. The boats are kitted out with shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas and boarding.
Top class service staff are very friendly and helpful n the. Food is very good
Without wonder.
Embarkation for Ireland suitable, even if the motorcycles, strapped by people who do not know the fragility of certain equipment and stored outside, to bad weather.
Despite the precaution taken by the Captain and the crew for the storm "Hannah", long crossing (22.00 instead of 18.00) and disembarkation for the return to France
Mixed experience. Epsilon ferry is horrible with very few seats and most were hard plastic. Ulysses was packed due to fast ferry being cancelled due to storm, but still got a comfortable seat to watch sky tv . No idea why the food has to be so expensive though.would use them again but take a picnic with me. WiFi connects but is unusable
CAUTION WITH MOBILE PHONE / SMARTPHONE
On July 21st, 2017 we drove from Dublin to Holyhead with the Epsilon.
On arrival in Holyhead, an SMS arrived that the 10 are less on both accounts. Debited from a Norwegian company / maritime network. Called the port (ship was just leaving) for the M50 toll and my son had surfed the internet. The notification SMS came 2 hours after the ship left.
The maritime network should normally be switched off within the 12 mile zone.
SO: BEFORE GOING ON THE FERRY TURN OFF YOUR MOBILE PHONE.
Well, we arrived, but the prices on board are too expensive.
Always a great experience . use them all the time. Now they go direct to France, dying to try new ferry.
Expensive for private cars and expensive breakfast and changed the Dublin Swift times
Ruined the company
Very comfortable for a short trip from Dublin to Holyhead.
Was able to shop, eat and catch up on sleep. Wifi could be better, as I couldn't get it to work for me. It took multiple times for my son's and wife's phone to connect.
Travel lot by Irish ferries. V helpful staff and always on time
Excellent ferry, all the services you need on your crossing. Very comfortable seating and a nice crossing.
Travel the Cherbourg -Rosslare route six times per year and have no complaints. Staff are friendly and efficient . Ship is starting to show signs of wear but due for an upgrade in 2018
