I travel with Irish ferries a lot to go to Ireland and back. Every time I have travelled with them I have always received an answer to any question I may ask. The bar areas and food areas are always up to high standards for the customer. Everytime I have travelled with them I have never had a bad experience from any staff. I fully recommend Irish ferries.
