Heb perongeluk waardevolle spullen in de container laten vallen. Direct naar irado gereden een half uur gewacht voor de weekendwacht, die nam niet op en ze zeiden dat ik maandag moest gaan bellen.

Telkens zeiden ze dat de melding is gemaakt en dat ze mij zouden bellen.
Uiteindelijk hoor ik van de buren dat de afval is opgehaald. Na veel telefoon en mail verkeer heb ik een klacht neergelegd bij irado. Heeft 2 maanden geduurd totdat ik antwoord kreeg.
Volgens hun zit ik fout en hadden ze het druk waardoor het niet is opgepakt.
Ze kunnen bete binnen hun organisatie de afval gaan scheiden, zit een hoop zo te zien!
