Nobody wants to pick up a phone when you call this company. This is not how you should treat your customers. Customer Experience matters even if you're in pill packing industry.

This is a residential care pharmacy that sends random bills to the patient s Guardians or caregivers. Generally with no explanations.
Difficult to track down anyone in billing and when you do get someone live their response is I only send out the bill, I don t know why your being billed or what it s for . They have to track down the pharm tech who filled the order and will call you back. Then, they never call back, you get another bill and the cycle repeats...until they threaten you with a collection agency. I am trying to advocate using a different pharmacy at the facility.
