We love this place. It good times for the family. We've celebrated a couple of birthdays here our kids loved it.

Don't get me wrong my daughter and her fifth grade class loved it. To me the cost was highway robbery. We could have had a better time at Coney Island/Astroland for less money. We traveled all the way from Brooklyn we had the Ultimate package which only covered the basic rides. The obstacle course was $10 or all your play credits + $5. They get a 3 because the space was indoors, air conditioned (maybe could be cooler), they had laser tag, and they have a few nice arcade games. The arcade featured many of the same kid options from CEC or D&B, the price per play and the ticket REWARD system are horrible. Let me know in the comments if my review was useful.

The party houses was very well I liked her very much as well as I know my nephew and my little cousins gave her a run for her money but you know what she was very well I quit put these little kids nothing but High Praise for this place as well as a Hostess that hosted the party for my nephew for his 8th birthday

Horrible staff!!! Paid 29.99 for unlimited rides so my kids and nephew can enjoy this place. We drove an hour and a half away from home to get here thinking that it s a great place since the reviews here are ok but it is such a disappointment!!! My nephew wanted to ride the spinning coaster but he was half an inch short than the minimum height requirement and the staff said he has to be accompanied by an adult who is 18 yrs old and above. So I said, well I can go with him but he refused for us to get on the ride since he said that he has to be with his own parents . I asked him what is the difference of him being on a ride with a responsible adult who happens to be his aunt than being with his own parents???? How can a staff even verify that an adult who accompanies a child is his or her own parent??? So you mean to say that they will have to check everybody s ID and check the child s birth certificate to go on a ride just to verify what their relation is?! The staff just heard my nephew call me aunt so that was his only verification that I'm not the parent! I am so annoyed with the ignorance so I had to go to the manager and complain about their ignorant policy . When I spoke with the manager, she said that it is not correct and that a child can ride as long as he is accompanied with an adult. She even assured me that she will correct the staff. We came back to the ride after a few minutes and the staff still refused for us to get on the ride and even had attitude!!!! Just horrible!!! Waste of time and money!!! It s all a scam! They want u to pay big bucks for a few ride because all of the other stuff to do there are arcades and mostly things that you have to buy extra credits for! Then here s one more thing, when it was time to claim the credits for prizes, the staff on that area was having attitude too and had no patience for kids who are looking for what prize they want!!! Let me just remind you, it is a kids facility for fun so i don t know why they would hire staff who doesn t know how to deal with kids!!!! IT S A RIDICULOUS PLACE!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !!!! OH AND BY THE WAY, I WAS JUST THERE TOO FOR A RECENT SEMINAR THAT I ATTENDED TO THEIR I PLAY AMERICA EVENT AND EVEN THEIR SERVICE THERE WAS HORRIBLE TOO!!!! THEY SERVED THE FOOD SO LATE THAT PEOPLE COULDN'T HAVE TIME TO EAT ANYMORE FOR THEIR 45 MINUTE BREAK! Stay away from this place!!!!!

A bit pricey for what it is. Lots 2 choose from as far as rides & arcade games are concerned. Lots of kiddie rides, not much for teenagers. Over all a great place to bring younger children. Good food & snack selections, very clean environment restrooms included.

Food sucks. Got deathly I'll from shrimp and my wife's pasta was spoiled. My son's pretzel roll from his jersey burger was infested with mold and the point of the burger being a jersey burger is if they used Taylor ham. The use regular boiled ham!
Try to tell manager but she was too busy sitting on another servers lap and I thought they were about to make out in front of the restaurant. .
The kitchen is basically a bunch of illegals that didn't have a clue about food sanitation. Eat here at your own risk or if you are trying to kill your spouse..

I live 5 min away and have been coming here since it first opened. I was in seventh grade when it opened and even felt like I was too old for it then. It s a huge place and seems to always be packed with camps, schools, and groups of all kinds. The noise level is deafening on weekdays during the summer and the lines for the rides and attractions are extremely long. It s very expensive to get in/do anything here and a lot of people I know call it iPay America for that reason. I haven t had food here in some time but last I remember it was your typical greasy overpriced fair food (hot dogs, fries, funnel cake, etc). At my age I am too old and too tall for most the rides and attractions, and the 4D theater makes me sick so I skip it.
Also tried to apply for a job here when I got back from college and when I told the recruiter I had a summer class on Tuesday s during the group interview time, he would not make accommodations. (I suggested a phone interview or another day, I mean I live right in freehold for goodness sake so I could come in on any other day). Therefore I had to find another job, but iPlay kept calling back every day for weeks and different people would always answer which lead me to believe that communication between employees is not up to par.

Not enough employees the line is too long when trying to redeem chips always and it's definitely not cheap

This place is very nice & clean. The entertainment is awesome!! The problem I have is with the food and drinks. This needs to be revamped, each time I ve eaten in the restaurant I was very disappointed. The food is not good neither was the service. You wait forever for anything you order. I really hope they get a new menu, new chefs, & train the wait staff better. If that happens I would attend this place more often.

Good place to get rid of the extres of work and the monotony of home.

Fun place, great especially in the winter, they keep the place at a good temperature, lots of rides and games.

The service at Gametime bar and grill is deplorable, I have been there twice and both time waited over 45 minutes for service. Once we finally got some kind of service this guy named edwin, (not really sure why his name is edwin, because he clearly doesn't win) came over and ordered all of us to show him our ID even if we weren't drinking which most of us weren't. He then told us we had to move somewhere else. Completely ruined my sunday. So we went to moores which 1000x better anyway. Btw trump 2016!

Perfect indoor destination with fun filled activities for kids and grownups. We have already visited multiple times and can go more.

It s a nice activity for your family on a rainy day which is exactly when we went. Lot of rides for little kids too. The food was surprisingly nice and not too expensive for an indoor amusement park. Overall, we had fun, it s good for 2-3 hours and my husband sure had some awesome time at the arcade

I love bringing the kids down here to have a night out and fun. They have reasonable prices and the kids have a ton of fun. It is also very close to me.

The place is big enough that it does not become overcrowded too quickly, has a very big parking lot so you never have to search around for a spot

Great place or a rainy day.my children loved it. Me and my wife loved it. I was ranked 1st in laser tag and highest scoring player.%98 of the games worked.i would absolutely go back.

Excellent way to celebrate the holiday with kids and grandkids. Instead of useless gifts we made great memories. Friendly and helpful staff, clean facility. Only complaint-why is a bottle of water $3.00?? We worked up a sweat at laser tag and needed drinks. Lived the bumper cars. Check out the 4-D mivies

We just had my daughter Siyana's 5th birthday at iplay America and it was amazing! The first time we went there to see it, we were greeted by Chris who worked with us to show us the place and explain all of our options for the party. He and Mariah kept in touch with us throughout the couple of weeks leading up to the party and were so easy to work with and genuinely interested my our satisfaction. The day of the party. our party hosts Jenna and Leah were also just wonderful. They were so nice to the kids and adults alike. We had upgraded to the Chelsea suite for the party room and it was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The food that we had ordered for our large party of adults (slider platters, wrap platters, veggie & cheese platters) was not only presentable but not your average "heated up" food- it was fresh and really tasty! Our guests had a wonderful time and many of them commented on how nice and pleasant the staff was to everyone, how good the food was and what a great time their kids had playing at iplay. We would not hesitate to have another party there and recommend it to anyone who wants to have an amazing party for their child. Kids fun place, good for all ages, children to adults

Really cool place. Staff was pleasant. Kids had a blast. I was impressed of how clean it was. I would say pretty good value, but we felt Laser Tag and The Arcades was a bit pricey. The Bar and Grill "Gametime" had really good food. They could make Go-Karts a tad bit faster, and TOTAL bummer when my 4 Yr Old could not ride with my 11 Yr Old in double kart. They said driver must be 18 in doubles kart. What? My 11 Yr Old drives just as good as me! Lol. But, all in all, really cool experience to be in an indoor amusement PARK. Because that's exactly what you feel like you're in. A park! Man were we tired after walking around the place for 4 Hours

It's a small venue where you can hold small conventions. I feel very American here.

For kids buy credits. For adults interested in video games buy unlimited video game card for 10$.

Awesome little place! They had a lot of sanitizer around and it felt very safe.

Went there during covid, accommodated our large group while abiding by the restrictions. As a bonus they had a drive in theater setup in the parking lot that we could watch while eating.

I had a great time at my birthday party yesterday and I just wanted to say therides were fun and the service was great from Nicolette. She was very helpful telling my friends about the place cause they have never been there before so it was really fun thanks Nicolette and I would totally go to iplay America

We were here for my daughter's dance compeition in April. Iplay America is a fun and clean location for families. We loved the boardwalk feel they had inside. The food was a bit pricy for a family of 4. I would return when I see another special on Groupon or LivingSocial.

Good if you have a few hundred that you need to get rid of fast

The birthday packages are expensive but worth it. I did my sons birthday party and he loved it. The laser tag was pretty cool but you can only go once for the birthday party. The go karts are fun and the other rides are fun also. All my son kept saying was this is the best birthday party ever.

IPlay is always a great time but always more fun during Halloween. Its indoors, it has trick or treating stations, it has food and drinks and it has games. What more can you ask for?

This is the second year Holy Rosary School has taken the entire school, grades K-8, to IPay America for our Community Spirit Day trip. The students had a great time again. They loved all the rides and games especially laser tag and the bumper cars. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and organized. We had over 300 students and chaperones on the trip and everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was good and was ready for us at the time we requested. We had a wonderful experience and will be back again next year.

Most of their rides are for older kids. My 3 yr old wasn t allowed to get on any rides he s interested and they refused to let us switch to credit. We didn t ask for a refund but just some credit for him to play other games - they would not care.
