The major rides were closed and they never said anything when we were paying
Love this place. Sky Trail, go-karts, lazer tag, arcade, rides, and a restaurant/bar for the parents.
Overpriced for the limited rides they have. No real rides for 12/14 age group. Overcrowded with not enough staff.
Fun for the kids rides were closed only arcade ooen
Had a great time with my kids. Reasonable prices. But u must get there early. Gets crowded quickly in the early afternoon. Loved it.
Went to enjoy the World of Dance Competition. What an amazing place to go with your family. Great food and the in door amusement park was fun.
Great place to visit every day of the week entertainment every weekend.
Very nice, clean, organized play zone tailored too young kids. Age groups would be around from 4yrs to 12yrs old. Places for private parties and a bar for adults.
Don't waste ur money. What a rip off. Left after 45 mins.
Fun time for families, groups or for a fun date. We were there for a conference. Room was large and modern. Food in conference was good. Food on play floor is boardwalk style. Adults and teens, that are kids at heart will have a blast. Super Young ones might be over stimulated with lights and sounds.
We love this place and go often, but sometimes some of the people that work there are not friendly, and the rule of no drink(water bottle) sucks, because just a water bottle costs $3 bucks..... but we always have a great time there.
Spend your weekend with kids in iplay America. Indoor rides and video games. Something is there to enjoy even for little toddlers. Have fun !!!
Went for a seminar. Easy to get to and larger than I thought.
It's a kids' 4 star, but an adult 3 star as long as you can find discounted entry. I'd say 3 star overall if you just walk in unprepared.
I don't really like it there but its alright it's kinda babyish and it's very stupid that when I won a fidget spinner and I was on this bumper car ride someone stoled it and I think it was some 2 Indian girls because they kept stocking me and my family instead of minding there bees waxs (I'm not tryna be racist but there theifs) and another thing when I went to iplay America in august a lot of rides wasn't even working like the only thing I really did is win prizes like the fidget spinner and a pillow and than I went to reedeem my prizes and I liked this 4d thing they had and yea that's it and I almost won some beats omg so close but it's alright so yea I think Dave and busters is better I mean like I won way more stuff than this babyish place I'm to old for this and I think I'm never going there again if I get older or I even take my kids there if I get kids
It's like an arcade and there are prizes you can win with tickets.
Clear skies until we reached this place and then lightning and thunder and pouring rain that we could not see and did not care for since we were buzy having fun indoors :)
Plenty of options for kids of all ages from carousel rides to 4d short movies plus a gaming arcade to keep everyone entertained. Still have credits left from our visit, will be visiting again soon.
My daughter and her girlfriends had a great time. They are still excited about going to I play America!
Unlike some posts led me to believe, there is zero here for a toddler. I would recommend for children over 5. Little pricey but if you buy an unlimited package, your kids can go wild!!!
Disappointing ,this place has very limited fun options plus prices are expensive.I spent $40 just on laser tag for 8 mins and $60 for go karting. This place is not good and recommend for kids above 11 years, because everything is designed for young kids.
Seems like a great place. I was there for a work event so it was just us. Lots to do
Kicked out because an ex works there, didn't speak to her at all. We went to play laser tag and she was the person running it and she left and let another employee help us. Spent 120 dollars and didn't even get the four hours.
I would give it 5 stars but only for the gaming section, the majority of rides including the go-karts were still temporary closed due to covid-19 p.s. their website showed that most rides are open but after driving down for an hour and 17 minutes all the way from Brooklyn I got to know that I basically got there for nothing.
The rides are mostly for the kids but the bar is great for adults. The place is very nice and clean. There is plenty of stuff to do and eat like "pizza, burgers, Funnel Cakes, etc" also have a candy store. I was impressed with the variety of stuff there. It's a little pricey but would highly recommend it.
it was wonderful! the workers are nice and everything was a great price! definetely going back soon!!
A close friend had a birthday party for her daughter with 20 kids the was very unorganized the kids didn't get all the benefits from the party package because they didn't prioritize the event had to wait on long lines to get on rides and for the amount of money they charge is unreasonable I will never recommend them for birthday parties
This place isn't that bad, it's just your average "fun" arcade place. The credits are pretty expensive and the games are pretty rigged, but you can't expect more. The snacks are okay, but a little overpriced. Overall, I might come back but the cost of the experience is way too much.
Edit: tried to respond to my review advertising their season pass. 1 star
This place is awesome! A little expensive, but wow. It was an entire boardwalk in a building.
Time to spruce up the places you eat at there they all look dirty
Really dope place. Went during after hours and enjoyed games and drinks!
Nice, but expensive just for the few rides they have. Then the games are separate that you have to pay for. The prices for the food and drinks are extremly High.
Went here with a group and had tons of fun. Definitely a place to go. However, I chose to sit out of the activities this past time as the rides are definitely more kids and teen oriented. Great people and great rides. Definitely recommend checking it out
Great for Birthday parties, very accommodating. Kids had a great time, lots to do there!
This place is so much fun. But I caution you to do exploring first before pushing all your money into one area of the establishment. There are many many games, there are some rides, and check out the pin ball machines! Prepare to blow $50 per person at least .. kids can blow through $20 in three to 5 minutes trying their luck. And yes it is possible to win on some of the claw machines!!
Some of the claws are so rugged or broken and need to be tightened
Great place to take your child over 36" inches in height. This place in nice had a good time with the family.
Great place to go with kids- a full day s worth of entertainment!
We went for a Birthday...
Laser Tag looked like so much fun.
Souvenir cups are Cool.
No lines for Rides/Games.
Bathrooms were clean.
Funnel Cake Delicious
Host (Sophie) was Super Nice!
Overall we had a Great Time!!!
My kids can't wait to come back.
It was an awesome time and love it so much as far as staff goes the bartender I think her name was Kiara or something like that but she was amazing and the drinks were so good! Great stuff at this place!!
Had a great time an my daughter won alot of points :)
place is fun and attractive for kids but the workers are EXTREMELY rude! if you like when your kids are yelled at and tormented then this place is for you. I never experienced such horrifying service! especially in the laser tag. the young lady there was so obnoxious! yelling and screaming at all the little kids. Thanks for a pleasant yell you gave all of us! Deff coming back! (sarcasm)
great place for your kids to have fun...plus it's inside. ..
My 3 year old loved this place!! It was her birthday. Staff were super friendly. reasonably priced. Little one bugged Anthony and Scott like 40x on the happy swing and carousel. Clean bathrooms. Food was good. The only thing is no more souvenir cups. wanted one our first time here so was bummed. always get a cup wherever I can. (collector) Great experience will def come back.
Great indoor park. Recommend that upon entry into facility, please clarify that adults who do not plan to ride dont need to buy a special pass. Also inconsistent in checking bags for security. While my and another mom's purses were being checked, a group just skipped security.
My friends and I went to see 3 local bands at their event venue. We paid $32 ($25 cover plus "ticket fees") to gain entry to a place that treats their patrons like prisoners. When we purchased tickets online we assumed the high cover charge included some sort of package deal for the show and the arcade area but it did not. $32 only gave us access to the event area that's not even part of the arcade venue. I've never paid that much to gain entry to a bar to see 2 local bands and a cover band.
As you enter the venue you get frisked which is understandable but still unpleasant. Everyone was forced to empty their pockets and the guy even looked through my wad of money as it lay on the table. Very intrusive. I've been to venues in much worse areas than Freehold and didn't have to endure this type of search.
My friends smoke cigarettes and I don't but I went outside with them for some fresh air in between bands. I walked 20 feet from the smoking area so I didn't have to breathe smoke and was told I either had to stand in the smoking area or go back inside. Apparently, once you are wearing a wristband, the staff can tell you where to stand even though there were tons of other people walking around the shopping center. What gives a business the right to tell someone where they can stand if that person isn't creating a hazard to the other patrons? Why would they even bother harassing you about this? I could understand if I was blocking a doorway but just standing on the sidewalk wasn't causing problems.
What I found even more ridiculous was that if you want to go to your car and reenter the venue they feel the need to send a chaperone with you to your car! I've never heard of such a thing. Why do I need a supervisor to go to my car? They make you empty your pockets and frisk you every time you go in anyway. This rule was the final straw in a night of being bossed around by idiot bouncers for the sake of being bossed around.
The bottom line is after this experience I would never give this place my money again. After a $32 cover for 3 terrible bands, overpriced drinks and being treated like a child I strongly suggest you stay away from attending shows at this venue.
So much to do! We spent a lot admittedly but it was worth it. Nice to be able to have as many choices because it appeals to the young as well the young at heart.
So much fun... Amusment rudes and arcade games... It's like and indoor boardwalk. There's even places to eat.
Great place to bring kids of all ages and have a little fun yourself. They have tons of attractions for kids and adults. My daughter had a blast and we will definitely be going back soon.
It was a very fun place with a fun arcade. (I was with the ytag youth group) #incorruptible.us
Great place for the kiddos and even adults. Can be pricey if you want to play everything. Overall, it was good. The bartender/waiter at the bat wasn't very pleasant. Has no customers service at all. Couldn't even greet or answer up when I said thank you but overall everyone else at the entrance was very welcoming.
Nice indoor amusement park for children of all ages. Has something for everyone. Lots of arcade games to choose from and a decent amount of rides. You can always find a coupon to get a discount on credits used for the different activities. Fun time for kids on a hot or rainy day.
A good place to spend some time. Kids friendly but it's really expensive
So fun for me and my cousins! It was my cousins birthday party and she was turning 13! It was like a way more modern Chuck E Cheese. (Sorry to Chuck E Cheese) They added new things like VR (Virtual Reality) and cool rides (including a taxi one I forget the name of) its super updated!
Very nice outing! Saw Laurie Berkner and played games with my kids! Definitely a family friendly place, just a bit far and in the middle of somewhere. Might be worth buying a multiple pass or package - paying as you go can get expensive, especially when kids want to ride every ride.
More adults then kids and why would you serve alcohol were there is kids. Not the greatest idea
Was here for a dance competition, was pleasantly surprised. It was as expected on cost but what surprised me was on a weekend it wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be even with an event going on next door - may have been the size.
Employees were helpful and kind, understanding at the restaurants when we were on a time limit but wanted an actual meal.
Will be back.
It's a good place to have fun dont get me wrong but I personally dont enjoy doing stuff like that I just went for a family birthday party
Me and the kids loved this place....won't be our last trip
