We just had my daughter Siyana's 5th birthday at iplay America and it was amazing! The first time we went there to see it, we were greeted by Chris who worked with us to show us the place and explain all of our options for the party. He and Mariah kept in touch with us throughout the couple of weeks leading up to the party and were so easy to work with and genuinely interested my our satisfaction. The day of the party. our party hosts Jenna and Leah were also just wonderful. They were so nice to the kids and adults alike. We had upgraded to the Chelsea suite for the party room and it was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The food that we had ordered for our large party of adults (slider platters, wrap platters, veggie & cheese platters) was not only presentable but not your average "heated up" food- it was fresh and really tasty! Our guests had a wonderful time and many of them commented on how nice and pleasant the staff was to everyone, how good the food was and what a great time their kids had playing at iplay. We would not hesitate to have another party there and recommend it to anyone who wants to have an amazing party for their child. Thanks to everyone at iplay for making our experience fantastic!- Siyana & family
