The world most third class medical treatment in India, I have never been experienced in my life in a single word. I just lost my some one very known person without treatment. He may become alive but very sad due to doctors mistakes.

Hospital is one of the largest one in Eastern India but highly crowded, behavior of Doctors, nurses and Aya are ridiculously rude and poor. They are highly arrogant. You must have strong channel and inner support in staffs of hospital to get your loved ones properly treated here.

Doctor's are good, well behaviour with patients, but as per management, wrost like anything. Own experiences, once a day morning 10am, they wrote patients name, then they gve a date for doctor appointments on same day at afternoon 2:00pm. What kind of harrassment, as they don't have otherwork,rest other people also like them. ANd their behaviour ..OMG. can't take ot.. they know how to harrasment with patients as vice versa patients family also.. I don't know why they can't provide a well management service here..
Please take a full day, then visit this hospital. If ur busy person take time nd come with patient's. They don't bother for others time, patient's health value also..

Please provide well management service abd well educated people with good behaviour.

Well known for PG medical research and education in the country.Located near to Victoria Memorial.

Hospital campus is nice and clean. Placed in a very good position to access both via car and bus. However, medical staff and technical staffs( i.e. X ray technicians, USG technicians and other) are quite disgusting. They willingly harass patient parties and you'll have a very tough time to run from one dept to another to perform documentations and tests. Lack of synchronisation and communication between departments as well. So overall a good govt hospital experience somehow ruined by aforementioned issues.

Good treatment but too much people come to visit and as a result the medical treatment starts a little slow. Otherwise the hospital can defeat any Multi-speciality hospital easily

This is the worth please for people.Those people are working here they are thinking they people got Government job.They are getting salary end of the month but what for they people join here they all ready forget.In this hospital few people are taking money also for one bed.As per government this hospital is totally free treatment but they people make it as a Nursing home.I am Requesting to every one if you have any emergency case don't go to this hospital.You can try another because they are not ready to give you any bed.Its my Experience from here just one month ago.

Once this hospital was a glory of Kolkata but nowadays it searves poor treatment. Main doctors are very careless and not interested at all to give proper treatment to the patients. Even the junior doctors who were novice and still studying, treated them as a guinea pig and sometimes they even served wrong treatment to that people.. I am astonished to see that this govt hospital have so many modern instruments and facilities but the people are illiterate to handle it.

It's very poor service.mai aj 4th time bapas ja raha hoon bina report Liya. Mai srif CT scen ka Liya AJ 4th time Bina report kiya ja Raha ho reason machine work nahi karna Raha ha.what is this! Brokers rule over here , takes a lot money in the name of providing a bed which in reality should be free of cost because it is a gavernment aided super specialized hospital , some of the management staffs are also involved

Infrastructure is good, you will find every department here. But getting a bed is tough. Emergency unit is always in rush. The employees don't behave well and they are not so helpful. Hospital can be maintained well. .
