Best hospital... my uncle was cured and dr Islam had operated him and he is healthy now..

Doctor's are good helpful.

Imaging Service like ECG,USG, X-ray are bad like a harassment or in other words go to a private.

Huge lines for test usually test lines are start at 4 am ( Blood , @ECG ).

Physical results of test are available after 7 days.**But you can print out the test results via link they send you at ur given Mobile I'd @Blood

For @MRI test doctor requisition required
#2times (even after u get a slip via counter no 13 )after it they will give u a date usually after 1 month @Emergency MRI, very rude behavior of staffs at emergency MRI and Bangur MRI after 6 months same pathetic. Trauma care MRI is better or probably best out of 3 they give u a date after 7 days and results 2 days after the test. If serious immediately test or same day @trauma.
X-ray result same day

NO 13 Counter it need more staff, it provide all test form or admit card. After Opd visit u have to go there.

Hospital premises was so badly arranged. poor patients were lying on the road. 1 of my memorable accident took place in this hospital as my father paaed away here due to poor observation of nurses. he was admitted to the general after transformed from ITU of Ruby GEneral Hospital. I will never forget tht day n also the incorporation of doctor n nurses.

Had taken my brother over there in a critical situation,Emergency ticket window was un Maned fr abt 5 mnts.Had almost lost him,Dr too refused to strt trtmnt as there was no Emergency ticket. Ltr he was asked fr urgent CT Scan where we whad to wait fr a long as it was so un organised, frm1st floor cm dwn running in srch fr xerox as without 2 xerox copy of ticket they won't proceed fr scan i kept requesting thm to do the scan i will submit copies while taking report which was not replied.Apart from this staff keeps asking fr tip.The ct scan area was so ruthless tht it keept child patient waiting lattrt after a tiff oral war blukes gave preference to children First.
My advice if going thrre tk abt4 ppl with pattent 1 fr stretcher1fr xerox 1 fr ticket n fr to b with pattient.Stil Dr,Treatment & ERS Men r ok.So given... ok certificate after all its A Government Run Hospital.

Best medical institute and hospital in kolkata..Most of the Doctors specially the Junior Doctors are very helpful n hardworking....I think it is The Best medical college for those who are doing their MBBS from here because they get huge varities of exposure of various patients..

Best Hospital with New trainee and Experienced Doctors and lots of new facilities available for student and patient. New building renovation and well maintained and devloped by the management. Little bit some peoples are disappointed for misbehaving and not proper handling patients but guys please try to understand . They do own best always please cooperate with all patients and doctors together

Very very very worst experience . One doctor visit means one full day loss . At first 1-2 hour at ticket counter . Then 15 minutes for searching doctor s counter . 1-2 hour for registration. then 1-2 hour in doctor visit line . 2 hours in 67.5% discount medicine shop(MRP of medicines are high) You have stand on three que for medicine .

West Bengal Government owned super specialty hospital. Having most modern equipments & renowned Doctors.

Now this place is clean then before. Service is improved. Doctor , nurse are available all time.

The hospital situated at Rabindra Sadan has the most efficient Doctor in the whole West Bengal.It may look a bit dirty but it is due to the very high number of patient ,visiting for both Consultation and Emergency cases.Every staff works there put their effort to maintain the rules and regulations.The vast number of department they hold and run is amazing.Just the thing they might more doctors.

Number of faculty is less, but they try to give their best services to the people, except few.

Good treatment but need to work on crowd management.

Everything is fine but there are some people in the department of physiotherapy who don't know any manners that how to give respect,and that's why someone has told"A person is known by its character".

The Almighty gave me almost all the medical knowledge from this Institution.

One of the oldest government hospital in Kolkata, near Rabindra Sadan. It is now considered as one of the best medical college with too many facilities in the Eastern India. We also want that our government should take care all about the good will of this hospital which is helpful to thousands of people.

The hospital's large campus are well clean and clear, tickets counter is also large but the crowd of the patients are very much high.
Except the blood bank (for all hospitals and blood banks) facility sskm hospital is very good rating hospital in my eyes.(beware of donating blood in blood donation camp, I think this blood is not work for anyone, there are a big black money/blood business running behind us).

Very friendly young doctors in outdoors. If you want a govt service, you have to wait.

This is one of the best government hospital in West Bengal, Kolkata. Every superspeciality department is present here. It is only medical college in West Bengal with Rheumatology department. Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Paediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Chest Medicine, Nephrology, Urology, Neuromedicine, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics are some of the eminent department present here. OPD timing is 9am - 2pm. It is also regional centre for SDLD ( liver disease). It has a seperate Trauma Care Centre also. Usually it is very much crowded but due to Covid situation now a days it's little bit less crowded.

Most 3rd class hospital in kolkata ,ultimately i come to know why Vellor/Chennai have so many good hospitals for Bengalis.

Looking good but required toilet and hospital map...must be required....

Very nice place and Services are really very good.. moreover Doctors are very careful...Best government hospital I have ever experienced.

Doctors specially trainee are very rude. They chat and gossip with their colleagues about their personal life. Patients are forced to wait but doctors continue to timepass. After you get turn for checkup, you get scolded first and treatment is very poor. The doctors don't listen you properly, forget treatment. For one rs. Feet, they justify giving 1 minute treatment. Don't recommend. Waste of time and mental harassment. Expect doctors who treated me, everything was fine though. Hospital should closely monitor these doctors and trainee. It's their workplace not a park or cafee to discuss with their colleagues. I would like to give hospital 5 rating but 0 rating for those trainees who don't work properly.

Doctors are brilliant and services also very very helpful but bed availability is by luck. If lucky enough to get admission it will be surely cheapest option.

It is one of the best hospitals I've seen. Pretty neat and clean these days because of the 24 hour maintenance done. But it's USP is, it hosts renowned doctors/professors in Kolkata who create miracles! Only few days back, after getting 'cheated' by a luxurious and well renowned nursing home in Ekbalpore, one of my neighbor was given a second life at SSKM. Life matters first. Luxury in hospital comes last!

The world most third class medical treatment in India, I have never been experienced in my life in a single word. I just lost my some one very known person without treatment. He may become alive but very sad due to doctors mistakes.
