I contacted IPfone regarding a telephony solution for my new office (Abstract HR) and they were able to provide a very robust solution with maximum flexibility and enhanced functionality for relatively little cost. Additionally, the service provided by Jodi, Tony and Omar was excellent. I am very pleased with all aspects of the service and would highly recommend the IPfone team to my friends and family!

Worst customer service. They should allow you to transfer your own phone. Terrible, terrible customer service! They take 30 minutes of making mistakes to transfer your phone service. Ridiculous!

This is a terrible company to have a phone system with. Their support is horrible to a point where you always (we run a call center) have to call them more than three times about the same issue which, many times, ends up in an escalation. Not to mention that your system administrators have no admin privileges over the systems depending most of the time on opening tickets to solve issues or modify common settings which in Avaya you would do yourself with two clics in a couple of minutes. We are already in the process of migrating our services from this terrible platform. STAY AWAY from IPfone

As a new small business moving to VoIP it was a little scary. I was very pleased with the way I was treated by IPFone from the very beginning. I mean I am not a large company requiring dozens of phones. Definitely not a big fish to these guys yet throughout the entire process they made me feel like my little office was one of their most important clients. Their onsite installation tech Chris was knowledgeable and very helpful matching up my new equipment with my existing system. Omar the setup tech who was so patient with me. He stayed late to make sure all my questions were answered and I really felt confident turning my office over to IPFones system the first night. The project Manager Tony was on top of everything the whole time, even called me during the install to make sure everything was going well. First class crew this IPFone.
