This is a terrible company to have a phone system with. Their support is horrible to a point where you always (we run a call center) have to call them more than three times about the same issue which, many times, ends up in an escalation. Not to mention that your system administrators have no admin privileges over the systems depending most of the time on opening tickets to solve issues or modify common settings which in Avaya you would do yourself with two clics in a couple of minutes. We are already in the process of migrating our services from this terrible platform. STAY AWAY from IPfone
