I am Radha Sharma (Mob-9560817203) , I was looking a flat in Greater Noida in 2016 starting, IC sales member Mr. Deendyal (Mob- 9999657922) contacted me and give me proposal for Aditya word city. For the same I gave 3.18Lakh as a token amount, but due to some of our internal issues we ask them to cancel the booking and return our amount. But they didn't cancel and ask us to move on Fusion homes greater noida with a better deal, we agreed on it and again they demanded 10% advance for it. Now we paid Rs2Lakh as a token amount. After sometime Mr. Deendyal contacted us that because of some concern we cannot continue with Fusion but having a better deal in Rise resort residency, but it is expensive product. He blackmailed us by saying if you cannot pay so your 5.18Lakh we cannot return.
And the new project cost is Rs72Lakh. For saving a small amount we planned to sell our Delhi's house and continue with it.
Now for Rise resort we paid 19 lakh cash and 5.18lakh by cheque as per advuce from Mr. Deendyal. This amount we have paid in 2017. After sometime Mr. Deendyal called us and said our company (Investor clinic) divided into two parts 1 part became Investor clinic and 2nd Wealth Clinic.
So, they told me that our Rise documents are with wealth clinic and because of some disputes they are not giving back the documents. Now they offered us Supertech E square shop and make us belief that they will adjust our back money in the shop but the shop price is 84 lakh. After selling our Delhi's home also we don't had that much amount. So we decided to take 30 to 40 Lakh loan for it.
And in 2019 starting we paid 14.7lakh to Supertech by cheque to come out for the situation. With this we have applied for a loan of 40Lakh from ICICI bank, but their was a concern from supertech they was not able to give some OC, CC documents to the bank because of this ICICI didn't give loan.
Supertech and Invester cling members told us give us complete amount in cash else we cannot go further. We don't had that much of cash.
Again Invester clinc members contacted us and said that there is a deal from Migsun we can give you Migsun Ultimo 3BHK flat in 64Lakh and will close this issue. We again agree on it to close this conflict.
After this we have paid more 17,92000 to Investor clinc to solve this. They make an agreement between Investor clinic and us for the same and mentioned all of the above details in it and give us the time that by the end of March 2020 they will close every thing and give us the handover of Migsun flat.
But till now nothing happens. All the above mentioned details are having in mails discussion b/w us and Investor cling, with this a legal document also they made for Migsun in which they mentioned above all the things.
Till now we are empty handed and seeking for help.

Best Company to work with, I rejoined the company because you cant find better Management anywhere in real estate industry..

Very bad experience, totally fraud company in respect of working experience, no incentives provided to the lower team members, only the top members collects all your incentives and even new joines salary as well, no PF received,
Even for the customer point of view never purchased property from investor clinic they get your money by telling you in respect of GST but they use that money for themselves, never ever deal with investor clinic

Best place to buy residential property in delhi ncr..

Behaviour of employees are very bad and they talk rudely if you say I'm not interested in property details shared by them. Poor experience.

lots of learning opportunities to give a great kick to your career plus there is no other company who can take you on biggest heights in such a shot span of time.

I booked my shop through this company in gaur City Center. Company issued the credit note based on sales commitment during booking time after huge delay. Now they are not making payment of credit note issued to me for last 9 months. I already raised with customer care as well as senior management personal but no still no progress. Please never make any deal with this company. I've never seen such a worst company in my life.

Investors clinic .., as the name suggests ., Will make u invest by ways of numerous false and tempting promises taking complete onus on them before selling home and then will create an atmosphere and environment sufficient enuf to put who invested der hard earned money into CLINIC ( henceforth der name is derived ).

As the no of investers under their clinic has grown , now they may surely be changing the name to " Investors Hospital ".

Also, after duping 4000+ Government employees they hv started chasing home buyers with life long saving bracket between 18 to 20 lakhs providing them with potential " General hospital " soon enuf .

Stay away from them as far as one can !

I have had very bad experience while buying property through investors clinic. During purchase IC agent did the commitment to get us waiver off the prices and provide the credit note for assurance. But after purchase he got hostile, we complaint to IC customer care but nothing happened. After two year of follow up IC issues credit note and now they are not paying amount. Now 4 years passed and we filed case in consumer forum. Please never buy property from IC.

Their main motto is to trap investors on the basis of fake assurances. They project everything in the most positive way possible and then withdraw their support after getting their commission from builder. Pathetic company

This company is one of the biggest cheat.It is just a fraud company.Nothing else.It only knows how to fool the customers.This company has cheated 4000 buyers of Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna.Stay away from this company.If you decide to purchase any property through them then forget the money.You won't get that money back.After booking these people don't care for the buyer.Nobody picks the phone.Nobody replies to emails.I haven't seen bigger liars than people at Investors Clinic.They don't deserve even 1 star but since I had to rate them so gave them lowest possible rating.STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Claiming to be one of the best project as per investor clinic and found out to be a big scam now..I urge people not to use any services from investor clinic as they are not reliable at all will left you alone after you book your properties.

Worst sales team ever I met whose name is raghav, during booking he promised many things now they are not picking up any calls and no response.
Don't do any deals from them, they are frauds. Always ready to cheat their customers with flase promises.

The worst experience I ever had with any company. They trap you with a lot of false promises and then they don't bother to take a note of your concerns. Even for your documentation for which you have given them the brokerage, you have to chase them for infinity. I suggest, keep distance from them.

Investor clinic is a real estate broker , don't go by word broker they have the biggest team, builder on their platform. Their administrative office is in sector 126, so in case you are thinking of buying new house you may get in touch with them, don't forget to bargain.

Fraud company, only making fake commitments to customer which is never getting fulfilled after paying the advance payment.

I am chasing after IC team for last 1 year, for the GIFT ITEM LED TV which is assured while booking the flat in an event, but there customer care team (Ravish Pandey, Dheeraj and even their director Mr Rishi) only buying time, no resolution to this.

I recommend all not to go book any flat via IC in future.

Dear All (clients and aspirants),
I had been selected as a asst manager in this company on 27th Oct 2020 with the packages of 35000 plus incentives on each and every sell of the property. During the interview hr manager of the company had promised me 1 month window( it means, I will provide you 1 month salary, if you generate atleast some strong leads but on the approval of team leaders). By the very next day, I went to the floor for the work, I came to know that they would not provide any salary without any sell of the property (1 false statement).
I was selected as asst manger in this company. I had to resign to my previous company on the immediate basis, because Hr of investor clinic were needed to join me on the same date. I was working as business developer with inhand salary 30k with the reputateded firm (second loss).
On my very 1st working day (01nov2020) after the induction classes. They alocated my duties and resonsibility without any mail conversation, it means verbally. They offered me a used data to call and convince
clients to come to the office for the real state meeting. On paper, I had been selected as a asst manager but offered me telecaller job(3 false statement).
It has been observed by me (in 5 working days)maximum are not able to speak basic English and managers are using too much slang language totally pathatic situation for me. So,I decided to resign on the immediate basis.I have done so.
Client of view, they are making fool in terms of real state property. They will promise you at the time of sale various thing, but they will not deliver you any thing. After booking cheque picked, even your calls will not be picked . They are offering cars and bikes on the sales of the fake and ponzi scheme of real state (some videos are available on YouTube). I had worked with taj group also, they have turn over of 3 billion$ and plus. But they doesn't gift you a cycle . This is a difference between reputed and fake company.

Eventually, neither join this company for the job nor for the real state investment.

You can see, they are asking their EMPLOYEES to write review and give five star to nullify 0 star ratings from actual customers.

They r totally unprofessional. Young sales people they don't know how to speak with a investor.

Most notorius frauds in Delhi NCR. They sold Jaypee Buddha Circuit studio apartments without doing background check about approvals. They cheated people of their hard earned money just to earn their comission.

Because they hide complete information about project, fake commitment and big Zero after sale service ad they stop accepting calls post sale closure.

They need to be very clear and transparent on their business model .
Who are stake holders ? and what s their involvement and profit and loss .
Look very suspicious business model.
Since they just focus on selling and not explaining their margins.
The seller and buyers agents commission should be fixed and the house prices have have some Market reference point .
Seems all house sells here are based on Marketing, inflated price model , and deceit.
