Investors Clinic Infratech Limited Review

I have had very bad experience while buying property through investors clinic. During purchase IC agent did the commitment to get us waiver off the prices and provide the credit note for assurance. But after purchase he got hostile, we complaint to IC customer care but nothing happened. After two year of follow up IC issues credit note and now they are not paying amount. Now 4 years passed and we filed case in consumer forum. Please never buy property from IC.

Everyday they harass people all over the country by sending multiple messages asking to buy property in Noida. Such a company should never be trusted

I bought a Flat in Gaursons 14th Avenue through Investor Clinic. Mr Shivam Gupta who works in IC did fraud with me. He took 10% booking amount and a signed form. Later he increased the flat amount into the booking form. I complained to IC regarding this but no action was taken against him. I had to compromise and pay extra than committed. Please learn from my mistake. Never trust them and never sign an incomplete form. Beware.

Full time waste if you r invited for the interview because finally they reject for no valid reasons due to their main aim to convince people for sales profile only. So pls be careful if your time is valuable.

They are frauds and liars. They do commitment at the time of booking and when time comes they stop responding your phone calls. Please do not buy anything from IC. They don't know how to do business. There is no meaning of words/commitment in their views. Keep away from such dalaal/mediators.

No. 1 real estate company. Great work place and office infrastructure is very good..

I don't have a business experience yet with Investors clinic but their office infrastructure is just average as usual. Also, they have sales people their dealing in real estate so it's better to have some knowledge before consulting with them and use your brain to identify what's the right for you.

Investers clinic seems to be only commission agent, once the invester booked any property after that there is no responsibility of them and your hardened money is blocked.seems to be bogus company.

Decent experience. Me and my friend went there for a property inquiry. They treated us well and addressed our queries.

Having said that, the office can be more spacious to accommodate more walk-ins. Still, they can do what they can to make you feel welcome.

Worst company to invest, I wish if there was option to mark negative stars, they don't even deserve one star. They cheat people with false promises like we will take care of all problems, they even charge you more than the market price. But once you have invested your money they just stop responding to mails and phones. Pl apply your mind and do a through research before investing, don't fall for there false promises, don't be impressed by their swanky offices and advertisement. Whatever we purchased through them on good faith and false promises went into litigation and they don't support at all. I wished I could have applied my mind and did a little research about the property they were suggesting. They just want to make money, no ethics, no moral. God will give them punishment one day for their deeds.

Make false commitments and try to fool people and sale property like supertech sporty village. Really noone should go to them ever . I got trap due to them as they cheated me. I suggest not to come to them.

We booked a flat through this company on the basis of the rosy picture presented by them. We are yet to get possession of the flat, as the developer has not got the completion certificate.

They are excellent in making fool out of people either the customer or it's employee. So, Never ever trust this company.

To everyone IC just want to make money. DONOT YES I READ IT RIGHT DONOT INVEST WITH INVESTOR CLINIC . they just wanna make money and then disappear. They will make false promises in name of the Builders and then there would nothing. You have to chase them for the Agreements, receipts, loan and all paper work which actually is covered in their service charge.
IC tells you they have done background check of the Builder but when you ask about the project status they will tell you it's not their job ,go and ask the Builder.
It's a new nexus of the promoters and builders to loot buyers, Just like they did with their bother AMRAPALI ADRASH AWAS YOJNA.

Investors Clinic is One of the worst companies in realty sector.Please do not invest thru them. They have already fooled 4000+ investors by making them invest in Amarapali Adarsh awas yojna. This is fake project without any work, marketed completely thru Investors Clinic

Not good experience in dealing with Investors Clinic

Buying a property with the help of investors clinic gave us a nice experience. Their executives are very helpful, informative and cleared all our doubts while purchasing a property. I appreciate the work of the whole investors clinic team who pro-actively supported us during the property purchase process.

Investors Clinic or International Chor. Cheated me in 2015 by telling that Amrapali has restructured themselves and should go buy property with them. I spend all my savings alongwith my PF. Post downfall of Amrapali they were asking me to move to other projects and will adjust my money accordingly. However after market research came to know that they initially tell high price and then adjust the money that has been paid to previous builder.
***This company is FRAUD. IF YOU LOVE YOUR MONEY KINDLY DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.***

I think one star bhut jada h IC k liye. They don't deserve it. A fraud company, false commitments etc are their qualities. So beware before choosing IC for any project.
