Easy place to go drop the boat in on the lower Guadalupe. Not very expensive either, only $7 for ramp access. Quick and easy..

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! .I Recommend you Don t waste your time and money. I left the cabin spotless, very clean . I gave a 200 dollar deposit that was not returned. Stayed here for Seven Months in Cabin # 4 . Water in Cabin Smelled . Nothing was ever Done . Place says that there is wifi. Does not work !!!

Beautiful, peaceful campground with large sites and trees. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Cozy cabins, in decent shape. Wish they had a water softener system though. That well water stinks

It has been a Nice place to stay while I am waiting to move into my new home in Texas.

Love how the sights have plenty of room and yard. The owner is very nice. There are no laundry facilities. Mosquito's and ants are a problem! The owner should treat for this. I spent a fortune trying to. The water pressure was a little less than what I am used to but not horrible. All in all, a nice quiet park.

Plenty of space between neighbors. Friendly staff. Quiet and lovely landscape. Bring insect repellent. Local alligators will make an appearance near the boat ramp.

On a clear night the stars look amazing and it's very quiet and peaceful.

Awesome place well kept quiet and friendly right on the river they even have their own boat ramp if that's your thing

This is a very lovely RV park! The sites are quite large with lots of grass and shade. The sites are full hookups. The manager was very nice and polite and got us right in. Spanish moss hangs from the many trees in the park The park was not crowded when we were here. There's a big open field for dog walking, flying kites, soccer, etc. The Guadalupe river flows nearby no swimming though but there's a boat dock (for a fee). The park has strong excellent wifi, modest cable but we received more channels with antenna. Passport America rate is $17.50/night with 4 night max. We stayed 4 nites (Fri - Mon). There is one restroom for the park. Restroom was just ok - no paper towels, dim lighting and the shower stall was small, dim light, weak pressure but water was hot, shower head was dirty but the overall shower stall was clean as was the overall restroom. If we weren't low on propane we would have just used our RV shower. Laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers at $2 for each or $4 per load. I would definitely stay here again!
