I highly recommend Maestas & Ward - they have helped me navigate through the buying and selling process for multiple commercial properties. Their team of professionals are always responsive, knowledgable, and fair - they are by far the best in the business. On the property management side, they are extremely responsive and proactive in letting me know if there is ever a problem and their monthly property inspections are very thorough - I know that I never have to worry about a thing. Their property management fees are fair and competitive with the standard industry rates but the service is better than you will get anywhere else.

Representative viewed my office I had for sale, did the homework to assure paperwork was in order; had multiple views and had a solid offer within 30 days. Very professional and knowledgeable. DJ the agent followed up with me on comments and viewings weekly. Great team to work with!

I'm currently a tenant and I'm disappointed in the service that I've received from Maestas & Ward. The receptionist has an attitude and the claim they don't received the voice mails that our HVAC company or I have left. I continue to follow up and am treated like I'm bothering them. Horrific customer service.

Inattentive to customers. Not the way to build a business.

Shelly Branscon was the worst real estate consultant I've ever dealt with. I don't recommend using her in the state of New Mexico and any other state in the Union. She had my property listed for EIGHT MONTHS and didn't have a single person come look at it. Shelly always had to be in the smartest person in the room, even though she was wrong 99% of the time. WARNING: Do not use her to sell or lease your property.
