This is a very lovely RV park! The sites are quite large with lots of grass and shade. The sites are full hookups. The manager was very nice and polite and got us right in. Spanish moss hangs from the many trees in the park The park was not crowded when we were here. There's a big open field for dog walking, flying kites, soccer, etc. The Guadalupe river flows nearby no swimming though but there's a boat dock (for a fee). The park has strong excellent wifi, modest cable but we received more channels with antenna. Passport America rate is $17.50/night with 4 night max. We stayed 4 nites (Fri - Mon). There is one restroom for the park. Restroom was just ok - no paper towels, dim lighting and the shower stall was small, dim light, weak pressure but water was hot, shower head was dirty but the overall shower stall was clean as was the overall restroom. If we weren't low on propane we would have just used our RV shower. Laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers at $2 for each or $4 per load. I would definitely stay here again!
