Nate did a wonderful job guiding us through selling our house. He knew the local real estate market well, and his advice was invaluable. His prediction about how long it would take to sell our home and what we could sell it for was accurate. He gave us excellent counsel through the process of negotiating with potential buyers. Nate is by far the best realtor we ve ever used. Previous realtors have felt pushy and not very interested in discussing details. Nate has a perfect way of respecting your decisions and giving plenty of well-explained options to choose from. He is very timely with communication, organized, and an all-around pleasant person. If you use any realtor in the Iowa City/ Cedar Rapids area he s the one!
We cannot recommend Nate highly enough. We had several questions throughout the house-buying process, but he patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions; as an aside, I should note that Nate was prompt in getting back to us whenever we did have questions. Nate was great to work with. I moved from Colorado to Iowa which was a major change. Nate had no issues with working with me from Colorado and when I came to Iowa unexpectedly he was able to help me arrange viewing homes for me to be able to find my new home quickly. I really appreciated Nate's expertise when purchasing my home. He was extremely helpful as I started my search for a home in Cedar Rapids from Chicago. He kept an eye out for me and helped me narrow my search when I was living away. After relocating, Nate was extremely helpful during a really hot market, getting me to every house I wanted to see the day it would hit the market as homes were going quickly. What I appreciated most about looking at homes with Nate was that he was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the quality of the homes we looked at. He brought to my attention things that would seem like they needed extensive work, when he thought something was flipped quickly and poorly, structural issues, etc. He cared about making sure that the home that I bought was safe and worth the investment. The home buying process felt easy and seamless, which I would have never imagined possible!
