We cannot recommend Nate highly enough. We had several questions throughout the house-buying process, but he patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions; as an aside, I should note that Nate was prompt in getting back to us whenever we did have questions. Moreover, Nate listened to the things we cared about and looked for in a house and pointed us in the direction of several possibilities we may have overlooked otherwise. When we looked at houses, we never felt rushed and were appreciative for Nate's honesty and support as we tried to find the best fit for us.
