You work hard you will get treated right, and pay is amazing comparing to place I worked before.

Been working here for almost 3 years now honestly I have been at numerous different factories in guelph and CGL is by far one of the best as long as you work hard be respectful and punctual you will go far chances are pretty good if CGL did you wrong in anyway you did them wrong first and most likely deserve your outcome

This company is shyte.

Handed off a resume, was well within their qualifications of the job, and didn't even get a call back.

Meh. Honestly didn't care for the miscommunication the attitude or the guilt tripping upon trying to get a load out of here.

Upon unloading freight.... I found one of their containers leaked a dark oily substance all over the plywood floor of my van.. now my home on the road has a horrible smell for me to try to sleep next too. This is the first load I've ever had to deal with that. Not impressed.

also van guys make absolutely sure you set your parking brake here this is another place where they smash into your bumper with the forklift.

I worked here about 15 years ago. It was bad then and clearly by others comments, things haven't changed. Stay away from this company!!!

It's all about the people you know there if you don't know people they let you go not a great company to work for And some of the management team isn't very nice there

Very negative environment to work in. Management very unorganized and racism exist if you are minority.
