If you are looking to sell or buy a house, I wanted to put my Seal of Approval on Nate Holler at Intrepid Real Estate. We just (officially) sold our house today and it went swimmingly with Nate at the helm.

To highlight a great part of the experience: I know that Nate recognized what we liked about our house when we bought it 5 years ago. He understood the features that would help sell it to the next owner. I imagine that if I were buying a house, he'd know exactly what features I'd be looking for. He guided us through the process and gave his feedback but always made sure we knew we had the final say and he was behind us no matter what that say was.
