The human resources director Mike Ghaziaskar was extremely rude and unprofessional. He needs to be reported to his management and the police. They just moved from there Huntington Beach and Santa Ana locations to there headquarters in Irvine, CA. The position was help desk support for the VA Hospital when they still had the contract. Please stay away from this company at all cost. He attempted to harass me into accepting the job offer and it needs to stop. If you experience this type of bad and illegal behavior from the human resources director or anyone from this company, report them to there management immediately and call the police.
It is me again using a different account still working here one year later. Got a pay raise so I am happy with the company. The company pays well using Paycom where you can get your vacation/sick/leave approved, and have to put in your time every day. I get good benefits, and work at a great job. It is a heavy IT company though with a high work load and my LA location is very LA, so even though this company is in Irvine they have IT contracts all over. It is a great small company to work for long term. Look into it!
Obviously the previous review was not exactly accurate, and in my opinion the person had issues that prevented them from working with a great organization. I had a great experience with Mike Ghaziaskar who retired on 03/13/2018. He was very demanding as far as paperwork, made some mistakes, but he got me a job with the Housing Authority in LA when my VA contract with Tek Systems ended. I am grateful to work for such a great little organization that provides specialized IT services. If anyone needs a good job that has a solid IT background, and is willing to work, then contact this company. The COO also worked with the VA, so this company has many different ties that bind in the IT world.
