Obviously the shallow end =( Let me start by saying that I have cervical cancer and I would like to share with you my first and only experience with Informed DNA! I rec'd a referral from my doctor to have genetic counseling to determine the likelihood of me having children. Okay, easy enough, right? Wrong! When I called to schedule the appointment, I spoke with a rather terse, rude lady named Sandie! She kept asking me "how did your call come to me?" When I explained that I had know idea, that it was her switchboard - not mine - she "huffed" and without a word transferred me to some other lady named Linda C. and would you believe she said "I'm working from home and you've caught me in the middle of decorating a cake!" Um.......okay??? Here's the real "icing on the cake" SHE INFORMED ME THAT SHE WAS THE MANAGER OF PATIENT CARE and would have to transfer me to an agent to discuss the referral??? Needless to say: I hung up before the third person could answer and decided to go with a different company! Informed DNA succeeded in one thing and one thing only...they raised my stress levels, which as we all know does wonders for someone with..................CANCER!! <--sarcasm implied! WHAT A DISGRACE!! Tsk.Tsk
