Not crystal clear in their health insurance. Called several times in February with the question: 'Will I still get an excess account for 2019?' Answer: 'if you have not heard from us by the end of March, you can assume not'. Mid-July: a letter stating that this was still being collected in mid-August ... luckily I am now at Ditzo.
