Parking and leaving by car is a problem. Taxis are not properly managed.

The disadvantage is that there are few seats in the compact airport. This is not a problem with airport facilities, but it is difficult to check in with an airline and take time. If you take a taxi from the center of Kiev, you will get quite a bit.

Politely asking for another document, well, everything seems to be clear. However, the absence of duty free shops, as I explained poorly for myself ... Understanding that they just opened the terminal and I am not a business passenger, everything is understandable. In a word, the impression is not unambiguous. However, overall the atmosphere is good. I think the stores are open and small misunderstandings on the control did not spoil the overall assessment.

Very quick to obtain a VOA on entry, was into the country within 5 minutes and very quick to leave. Had two security checkpoints and 1 customs. Were efficient and fast (not too friendly on exit, but don't need friendly I just want my flight). Two restaurants, a few small takeaway places and a few duty free places for souvenirs. Clean overall and used Terminal D since the others were closed.

This is the best airport in Ukraine. Spacious, quite comfortable, clean. Many check-in desks. Beautifully decorated. Good variety of duty free products. Weak in terms of food. It s a pity that not all terminals work, but I think that things will get better in the country over time. The last visit was considered an interesting photo exhibition - Projection. In my opinion, it is a great idea to use the airport lounges for such exhibitions. Some photos will be posted below.

I used flight UIA from Paris to come in Kiev. What a joke...
First of all, the airport is very small for an international airport, I was very surprised.
When I arrived : surprise ! My bag wasn't sent with my flight from Paris, I had to wait 2 more hours in the airport to make a reclamation (I wasn't alone to have this issue). Finally I got it 3 long days after. Staff here is not very helpful (I ask 2 times a question to luggage security staff and no answer, lol), hopefully I was helped by other ukrainian passengers.
Of course, services inside are very expensive, but it's quite same in every airport.

Good international airport. most of the staffs does not speak English. so it is a minus for them, bus facility is great. there are lots of charging ports available for travelers. would recommend more staffs to learn English.
