I hired them to find my ex. They took my money. I didn't hear from them for 5 months, and only after I contacted them asking about the investigation The information that they gave me was available online for 20 dollars. They made no significant attempt to complete the service that they were hired for. This was a horrible experience, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I rarely post reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case. Through one of the most painful times of my life, I turned to this company to help me gain some evidence to help me in court after being wronged by a person who I thought was my best friend and father to my children. These guys got the evidence I needed in a professional manner, were sensitive to my need for confidentiality, and will be appearing in my upcoming court case. The price was competitive, they were attentive to my requests and patient through my questions, and they tried to use my retainer in the most cost-effective way by breaking up the time over several instances rather than burning through my time. There's no actual office to the place. The address for this place seems to be incorrect. Contacted them via email but no one got back to me about taking my case.

Good experience, able to accept the case within short notice and the investigator was a professional and provided conitnuous update. No need to look further just call them up and they can assist you in your needs.

Contracted with Jason for 30 hours and he ghosted me after performing 6. He never told me anything I didn't already know, and my husband was lying and cheating 6 days to Sunday. ECI: Men helping men screw women in whole new ways.

Very poor experience. I would give 0 stars if possible. After accepting our money the investigators were rude, difficult to get in touch with and overall unresponsive and unproductive. One investigator was accusatory about us trying to get in touch with him and hung up on us. A waste of $500.

Would not recommend at all. Very disappointed with Hampton office and feel I was misled. Customer relations is awful. Better to do it yourself.

My daughter was having child support issues with a dead beat dad. Within 30 minutes we had the info needed to file the support paperwork. Amazing! Nick was professional and extremely helpful. Would use them again!

AMAZING. I had to take a complete creep to court for ripping me off and they found his address the day after I hired them! They have also offered to help after i sue him if I need any additional information. The price was even decent. Highly recommend, very helpful and polite.

The communication is horrible I haven't heard much since I hired them in October no result still, now it's past the middle of March don't waste your money because that's what you'll be doing, your better off doing your research yourself.

So what your saying is if I show you my contract I signed with Jason your PI which I still have his cell number I would get a refund?
