Horrible food! Mediocre service. First time going to this Togo's. Stopped there on 8/12/2016 right before closing. Ordered our usual 2 items that we've enjoyed many times at other Togo's'. Unfortunately, this was not one of those times; they were both disgusting and we ended up throwing them away.
First, an avocado and cheese sandwich: the avocado was old and brown, and there were chunks of foreign matter mixed in. It tasted gross and we ended up throwing it out.
Second item, a Santa Fe Wrap without chicken. Barely any avocado, lettuce, or other produce, but it was loaded with cheese and salty tortilla strips. The avocado, again, was gross, but so was the rest of this wrap. Tried to find anything edible in there, but threw most of this away as well.
It looked like they just threw in all the leftover garbage in our food. Furthermore, the cashier wanted to charge me a lower price for not getting chicken, but the older lady working the sandwich insisted that they charge the higher price. Wouldn't have been a big deal if the food had been edible. We will NEVER go to this Togos again.
Best sandwich in Sonora! Staff is always friendly and the eating area is clean.
Love Togos! Great sandwiches, great soup, food is always amazing quality and great service
Shop was very friendly and the sandwiches were made perfectly. I got excited when the sandwich maker told me there were switching to Coke from Pepsi. I hope this happens at all Togo's.
Over priced for the amount of ingredients used. It's obscene how much they charge for a turkey sub with two thin slices of Turkey
It's Togo's it's what you would expect great food fast.friendly people good customer service lots of seating easy parking Togo's prices
The ladies were wonderful!! Super cheerful and helpful
Terrible service. 15 minutes to get two sandwiches and a cup of soup. Had to repeat everything said to the lady taking the order and she had to repeat everything she said because she was talking under her breath. Very rude when asked questions, and we were told quite rudely to "SHHHHHHH". Afterwards she said she was talking to another employee, but that really shouldn't happen to either or. This was my first time at a TOGO's and I'll be hard pressed to go back.
Sanwhiches are great but the staff is rude and unfriendly. At least the one lady that helped us.
This place never disappoints. They serve awesome dishes for affordable pricing, there is no waiting time even when they are busy.
Pretty good food, had the italian sandwich and the broccoli cheese soup. Hit the spot.
I use to go to the original Togo's in downtown San Jose before franchised. Still the same taste almost 40 yrs later.
Very well made sandwiches. And friendly staff with a rapport even when very bussy
They're quick, good sandwiches. I'm just not one for Togos.
We stopped by here today last minute. We were heading out on a road trip into the mountains and decided to grab a couple sandwiches for latter. Togo s was right around the corner so we stopped in a little after 9:15 AM. They don t open until 10 AM but the door was open and when we asked the young man said, No problem. I can help you. And he did so with a smile and a clear desire to actually do his job. I find this to be a quality lacking in most people today. I don t care what your job is: take pride in it and do it well! What we got were a couple of well made sandwiches that held up well for the several hours until we ate them. Togo s has always been preferable over Subway for me, but in this case I want to be clear the five stars goes to that young staff member who clearly is a responsible adult and a credit to the business. Good job!
Love the hot#7. Outside and inside was very clean. The staff was friendly.
Food is always great. Service too! Wish they would bring back the Chicken Caprese.
Well, jury's out. I love Togo's, I've been a fan since I was a kid, I grew up in the Bay Area & we ate at Togo's a lot. This was years before anyone ever heard of Subway. Togo's have always-to me-had better sandwiches than Subway. More meat, less bread, better ingredients. But there's prices are higher than Subway, which I don't mind paying for better quality & quantity of food. But my visit today fell a little short. My sandwich was huge, which sounds like the best scenario, but it was a bread-wich too. It was a #24 which is my favorite, but the sandwich maker slopped it together & it stuck out of each end of the paper wrapper & when she put it in the paper bag she got avocado all over the outside of the bag & then I got it all over my blouse. I was not too happy about that! I don't know if the sandwich maker was a new employee or what, but she needs to be more or re-trained. They used to have a lady there named Stacy Porter, she was the best sandwich maker they ever had, but I don't know what happened to her. I don't go there as often as I used to, maybe these are good reasons why. :-(
Friendly staff, I've never had bad food. Portions are awesome, taste is great. Restaurant is always clean and well stocked, if just a touch small.
Togo's have amazing wraps! Very fresh and tasty, would recommend trying.
Great food and great hospitality all aroung great place to eat
Togo's has the best bread and product far superior to it's corporate competitor.
They serve big dishes and for affordable rates. super friendly owner. Keep up the good work.
They made the sandwich really well and it tasted good.
How far would I go for a Togos? 3,176 miles!! THE BEST HOT PASTRAMI IN THE WORLD... change my mind...
After living in Tuolumne County for ten years I finally ate at Togo's, and found the service to be courteous and efficient~ the club sandwich I ordered was fresh and delicious. The only hesitation I have about eating there again is the fact that the price on the menu was $10.95 but I was charged $17.95 and when I asked what the extra amount was for I didn't feel like I was given a straight answer!
Haven't seen the fat guy whose belly used to drag across the cutting board, not grossed out by this place anymore!
This is by far one of the worse experiences I have ever had at a Togo's, a customer service representative by the name of Lisa was extordinarly rude and very sarcastic to the customers. I however will never be back after this experience it's sad to see such a terrible worker getting away with so much at a place clearly no disiplinary action has been taken place with her attitude.
The two stars is for the sandwich quality and one younger male sandwich maker that stood up for us. The franchise owner may be rocking a rolex but he refuses to understand the actual inner workings of the store, including the POS machine. He avoided my husband and myself as we ran into issues at the register. We purchased a gift card from this same location and as we were checking out the woman who made our sandwich saw how much was on the card but messed up and we understood. Called female manager over and she said too bad and said we had to pay full price and then sandwich maker changed her story saying she didn't know what she saw, amount on card. Only the guy redeemed this store, otherwise I would have walked out. Even the female manager walked away to avoid us and let the sandwich makers take the brunt of the issue. Terrible customer service.
Really friendly younger girl that works here. I'll catch her name next time. I've been hooked lately though. Great quality, decent prices
I usually come for salads. I rated 4 stars. Would have gave 5 stars if the employee(Gina) wasn't so darn rude every time I come into the store... Really needs to work on her attitude. Other than that food is great. Thanks
TOGO S Sandwiches are way better then subway. The staff was circuitous, they made the sandwiches fast.
They used to give a good amount of meat and now its....ehh
Nobody beats Togo's sandwiches. Favorites are the #10, #24, Asian chicken salad, and the Santa Fe salad or as a wrap.
I usually am a big fan of Togo's except for this location. The employees are very dirty. I don't think I want to take the chance of getting sick eating here
Togo's is always good. People are friendly and food is tasty
Good Sub sandwich. The broccoli cheese soups was cold ( out of fridge Cold). Cashier warmed up my cup in the microwave?! Really that's how hot soup is served?! Tasted old and almost like it had picked up odors from the fridge. Three bites and I was definitely done.
Staff wasn't very friendly or attentive. Higher priced than Subway and Quiznos.
Paid $17.O0 for a reg sub, small soup and small drink!
Considering the price, lack of Friendly staff service, and the disappointing (bordering on WORST) soup I've ever Paid for. I won't be going back and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
Though it was busy due to it's popularity, service was quick and courteous. Excellent sandwich as always. Highly recommend.
Never had bad service here. Workers always nice and fast.
The staff was rude gave me the wrong bread and toppings. Reheated pastrami to make sandwiches then put left over reheated meat back in fridge. And then when paying using my card there machine asks for a tip.
Great sandwiches, salads and service. Very friendly and fast service. Love love the specialty sandwiches and salads offered.
