Right next to the lake, rooms with views of the city or the lake, both were great. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and walk along the lake. Fantastic! They do have smoking and non smoking floors. Of course, we requested nonsmoking floor. Our room had a bit of smell, so we asked for an air freshener machine. They brought this huge one right away, great service. The room was of good size, really comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a wonderful tub. Enjoyable stay!

Beautiful hotel stayed here on business great pool and very friendly stafff

I clearly stated that I wanted a nonsmoking room, they confirmed I had a non smoking room on a non smoking floor, the bathroom stunk from cigarette smoke, they provide an ash tray in their non smoking room, and have a sign suggesting I don't smoke in bed.

Extravegant but not snooty. Included breakfast is truly international and scrumptious. Indoor infinity pool on the top floor is swimming with elegance. Employees are prim yet approachable and friendly. Fetching views of the Sky Screen Street esplanade. Havana-hot Carumba night club singers. Best burger I've ever tasted. Two thumbs waaay up, with a twist!

Good view facing the Jinji lake, good serviced staff, good food

Very Convenient location , in central area with beautiful lake view. It is located next to my favourite spot - Eslite book store, there are tons of exceptional restaurants inside. The long lakeside walk enable us to have early and evening jogging.

3rd time staying

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel and every time I visited Suzhou Industrial Park. The room started to age but it is well kept so the cleanliness and hygiene is not an issue. This hotel is probably about 10 years old now.

Staff are friendly and help me to get a taxi through his mobile phone app. This is the type of service that a company in service industrial need to provide.

Gorgeous hotel. We only ate there, so I can't comment on the rooms, but the buffet restaurant was very nice. Any westerner would feel very comfortable there.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful spot, close to a lovely lakeside. The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is good and has plenty of choices. Cappuccino tasted marvelous and served with a smile

This is a very nice hotel with a few negatives. The restaurants and other foods are very expensive. It is much cheaper to walk across the street to find other food. There is no ATM in the building, the closest one is in Times Square.

With these few exceptions, everything at this hotel is very enjoyable.

In the vicinity of the new district, the more lively areas, several large shopping centers around, the business is good, and occasionally meet with friends is here.

Friendly service, beautiful views, and clean, luxurious rooms. The breakfast buffet is great and they have a nice bar in the hotel with live music.

A Classy Hotel with impeccable Service that's close to the Convention Centre. The staff were well dressed, extremely efficient and helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean with beautiful views. Their housekeeping service was the fastest I've seen in any hotel in the world. They even have 3 robots that will deliver water to your room. The advice from the friendly Concierge was perfectly accurate. Overall, a great hotel experience. Take advantage of their best kept secret, the club floor lounge.

The menu of the hotel's buffet is of the highest quality, both kind and quality.

Newer, the service is good in the mainland, and the Hong Kong intercontinental is better than the details, but newer than Hong Kong.

Loved it.

Suzhou is a place that everyone should experience if they want an understanding of a less urban Chinese lifestyle. Plenty of shops for all kinds of products and foods. Despite heavy traffic at most times due to the small roads, the hubbub of people can be quite welcoming.

Expensive but every point feels good. Internet goes smoothly inclusive Googel :) Breakfast international very good.

The rooms are quite big, the view is very good, and there is a swimming pool!
