Westin Shenzhen Review

Convenient location, close to MRT station. Most staffs are nice and supportive.

The service is friendly and the surrounding transportation shopping function is good.

The staff is very kind. The rooms are also spacious, with amenities such as toothbrushes, shower caps and bathrobes.
The bathtub is beautiful and you can relax with hot water.
Since the USB power source is also in the room, you can charge your smartphone with just a cord without a conversion plug.

This is my go-to hotel in Shenzhen, China. The rooms are pretty cool (with bath tub that seems to be in the middle of the room but can be closed off) and the bar has a couple of good beers. A little pricey but excellent service.

This an international hotel chain. Rooms are big and comfortable. Service is very much improving. Staff can speak English. Breakfast buffet is good.

@ : The opposite is the window of the world. The whole building is connected with Yitian Holiday Plaza and the subway station. It has convenient living and convenient transportation.

1, the room is large, the sound is very good (not awakened), air conditioning can be controlled by yourself. The bed is well sleeping with the pillows.
2, the bathroom part: After the shower, the water in the bathroom will flow to the outside floor. Super easy to slip.
3, bathing supplies, shampoo, bathing essence is too bad. Very very dry.
4, with the opposite of the Wei X Sibi, a lot better.

Connected to the subway station and shopping plaza, the transportation is convenient, the restaurant is diverse, and the hotel facilities are also very good.

The location is not as good as I thought, but the staff are friendly. If you request a taxi, the staff will make a reservation using their own phone at no cost. The large mall is connected to the subway, so accessibility is good.

Front reception was very helpful n offer to provide some deco n cake for the room upon hearing my wife is joining me at the hotel for my wedding anniversary.

Relatively good. But when I checked in, the staff said I am upgraded to the front view room cause I am Pletinum member. However, my collegue's room was also same without any comment. Was I really upgraded?? I doubt.

Service is very good. Very convenient for shopping and eating as it's connected to a mall.

Overall, the environment is clean, the service is good, the meal is fresh and delicious, the shortcomings in the room are too small, and the poor design of some spaces leads to inconvenient use!

Gym is nice and equipments work good, open 24 hours. Swimming pool is outdoor and nice also. Room is spacious and is open concept. Bathroom only separated by sliding doors. However I don't like the bathtub in the middle because it is blocking the way into the bathroom.

Went there for the buffet dinner, it is extremely good, if you like seafood

Pretty good hotel for business travelers. Pool is outdoor which is not the best arrangement given the pollution these days. Western and Chinese dining options. Professional front desk staff most of whom speak English.

Good place. Something that you will expect from Westin. The hotel sits on top of the train station and mall. It offers a good continental breakfast and the staff are very nice. To be particular, I requested for HDMI cable and they apologise for not having an HDMI to c cable. Which is already above my expectation. The after service is also great.

Facilities and reception are neat and connected with the shopping mall, so food and shopping accessibility is good.

It is convenient to get to the place. Calling a taxi or taking public transit should both be pretty easy. It is also very easy to find. The environment is nice and clean. It's a little bit expensive but still acceptable. I like the restaurant here. The food is good. Recommended.

Great hotel , nice English speaking staff, Lounge has what you need for a nice cocktail, gym, good room service, good breakfast. Not mush night life around, but very easy transportation by taxi/train

Guest room is simple but easy to use widely, and is clean.
Gym etc. are fulfilling.
The staff is not bad but there are few smiles.

It's SPG group. Combine with a shopping mall. The mall's big restaurant can accept VISA credit card. It's is very convenient for business traveler come from other country.

It is ok, nothing fancy. Right next to a mall and across Windows of the world. Rooms are ok. Beds are quite comfortable. Couple of colleagues mentioned moldy smell in their rooms and had to change rooms but I never had any issue. Dining options are grill bar at the top and a Chinese restaurant Five Senses at the very bottom. The restaurant at lobby is good for breakfast time but dinner buffet is no good. The hotel is attached to a nice mall. Service has been ok.

I recommend staying in this hotel , the service is very good , the breakfast is amazing , good verity, it's also very close to the subway and makes it easier if you need to travel in Shenzhen

Hotel is a little dated, but still nice. Staff is great. Attached to mall for food options, and adjacent to 2 subway lines. Stay here regularly when I'm in the area.

OK hotel but no Toto Washlet. Connected to a mall so getting meal is really easy on rainy days

Received excellent elite member recognition here with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Suite. Room was very spacious with views in three directions including across the street to the Windows of the World theme park. The living room TV had a very nice Bose audio system which worked very well. The bedroom included a Bose wave radio and a foot massager, much appreciated! The bathtub is pretty to look at but not very good to use as it tends to overflow VERY easily. The club lounge was good but short of great as it had no view and was actually quite dark. Fair amount of food offerings with some nice healthy options too.

It is pure ostentation! Check in efficient, lobby very spacious and at the same time cozy, with spaces for meetings and meetings and direct access to Plaza Center, a mall with plenty of famous designer shops. Direct connection to the famous "Window of the World" park, one of Shenzhen's few tourist attractions. Access to the subway station on the bottom floor of the mall.
Now the room! It is not a room, but a complete apartment of the highest level, with Bose home theater, hot tub and foot massager. Composed of closet, chic bathroom, bedroom with king size bed, living room, balcony, all overlooking Shenzhen Bay.

Business hotel, in the middle of the law, the executive room is large, even the MRT station only walks for five minutes, convenient transportation. In the evening, there are controlled vehicles entering and leaving. There are many police patrols nearby and law and order. In addition, next door is a small shopping mall, there is also a supermarket, shopping is convenient. Opposite is the window of the world. Overall, it is a good choice, but the equipment and landscape are not as good as the Zhongzhou Marriott, and the price is more expensive than the Zhongzhou Marriott. If you can, it is recommended to the Zhongzhou Marriott Hotel.

I was here for one week, staffs are nice and kind, bed is soft, but I don't like open bathroom in the room!

Had dinner at the Five Sen5es restaurant which serves contemporary Cantonese choices. The food and service was excellent. The staff speaks little english but for the most part you can get understood using the menus with images of your choices.
