I've never been so disappointed with a hotel, especially not an InterCon. Rooms are very outdated, our coffee maker was having electrical problems, and their website advertised multiple restaurants open, when realistically they forced you to eat the buffet. The price for the buffet was ridiculous, 300SAR, and the food was terrible. My friends tried the shwarma and both had paper stuck to the bread that wouldn't come off. The seafood was overcooked and cold. The worse part, no masks were being worn by the majority of the guests, they would be laughing and talking and spreading their germs on the buffet tables. Management was also not wearing masks. The waiters and cooks at the bbq were wearing masks. I saw so many covid violations I will never return here. We wanted a safe new year and InterCon put us all at risk.

Unfortunately, the hotel is beautiful, but it lacks many services
Rooms are OK but outdated, pool was in renovation, accounting was poor. The booking, the prices, the invoicing and the charging was a bit chaotic. Finally thhey charged wrongly my private Visa with much more money then invoiced. Breakfast prices are negotiable, we finally agreed to 100 SAR each. But were charged less......

Intercontinental Riyadh is an fabulous hotel. Very neat and clean and also friendly staff. As soon as I arrived, one of the staff opened the car door for me which I loved the most. I came here for a meeting so I didn t stay at any of the rooms.

I have been in the Hotel to attend one of amazing event in Riyadh. I went myself with my family and we enjoined the shows and the trucks restaurant available there.
