The hotel is old. It is necessary to create a new hotel suitable for the name. Large area of the land

The location is soothing, the services are excellent, the buffet is varied and the taste is great, the experience is indulgent

The rooms are very poor and overpriced ... either the eating side is very wonderful

Al Bustan Restaurant .. All kinds of meat is very poor and not suitable for eating .. Sweets for the most important .. Fruits There are only two or three .. Reception workers and their service is bad except for one factor .. Water and any type of scourges outside the buffet Open .. In short is not recommended at all

I enjoyed every moment in the hotel ..the waiters and employees were so nice with me.
some comments were already given to the receptionist related to the furniture and pathroom cleanlness.. the rooms need re-ennovation while maintaining the beautiful calssic caracter of the hotel. Thank you.

I tried dinner at the hotel's Al Bustan restaurant. The standard is not worth the amount paid

Value for money ....we enjoyed the buffet dinner on our team building outing there....ten pin bowling alley available

not yet operational. we went there for a walk while my husband is playing golf

Great location and great staff at frontline. Faheem, Khalid (Saudi), Saqib and Asif are the stars of this IHG property. They go out of way to assist guests. The hotel management should be proud of this team.
Breakfast in the room is really great but one can have a set menu breakfast in the lobby restaurant. I didn t use the GYM but it s very impressive. The property looks very old but very well maintained. Lots of parking spaces onsite.
They take cleaning seriously.

The air conditioning is not working
Room temperature is above 25
Maintenance does not come, if they come they does not fix the issue
Needs some serious maintenance and renovation

Very nice hotel in a superb location. The grounds and the gardens are lovely to walk. however the hotel itself needs attention. It is in need of face left.

The restaurant is ok but not at the standard of the hotel

Entering the rich is a beautiful place that is less needed

The hotel is dated. Not very friendly staff compared to IHG Abu Dhabi. The room I stayed in was big and very clean. Comfy beds and beddings.

There was a gallery of Samaritans, but it was not what was required

A wonderful and beautiful hotel with several luxurious royal suites. As well as the Yemeni government. I advise everyone who has a lot of money to live in. He has a lot of amenities.
