Expectional service as expected in intercontinental chain of hotels

The worst communications ever for events team. Not professional in dealing with costumers at all. No punctuality or commitment or even the basic. Strongly not recommend for companies for their meetings or events.

This hotel is considered one of the most visited hotels in Riyadh. Rooms need to be renovated, plus they are large like most hotels in Riyadh.
The staff are helpful and friendly.
Prices ...bit pricey considering the rooms condition
Everything there feels old
Plus the breakfast options were limited
Mondo restaurant was good..
The banquet hall there is great and hold almost 250 plus guests.

Wouldn t recommend staying there.

A luxury hotel with more than a coffee shop and a gym as well as restaurants

A fabulous five-star hotel. Various and beautiful facilities, cafes and restaurants. Of course the prices are very high but because it is five stars. Just a visit, not a stay. The last stay was in 2004 before the hotel was renovated.

The bowling room is fantastic and at a reasonable price but its problem is not to separate women from men

Wonderful place to stay, I recommend you to stay some night in Intercontinental Hotel to experience the best quality service and food tase. Also the accommodation are fantastic. The rooms are big enough to enjoy the real taste of luxury.

I visited intercontinental Riyadh for a conference meeting and was highly amazed looking at the infrastructure as well the services provided by them. Extremely helpful staff. Must recommended
