The Omni is beautiful resort with a nice pool and a good restaurant. Just have the be lucky to get in one of the buildings upfront otherwise you're waiting for a golf cart to cart you around the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet and relaxing hotel/resort with a good adult pool. Restaurant is amazing. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. A favorite spot to get away for a night or two.
Overall our stay here was great... Aside from checking in. Not really sure why the woman at the front desk treated me differently than the people before me? But it was definitely a weird start to our stay. Also, we paid a little bit extra for the Camelback mountain view, which in my opinion was not worth it. There were a few big trees and we were unable to see the actual mountain. The restaurants are to-die-for though!
My wife and I really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the friendly staff. We had a minor problem with our room and the staff promptly address the problem and moved us to another room. We have made it a tradition to stay here for our anniversary the past few years and will continue to. We would suggest to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in Scottsdale to check this resort out!
Charges extra fees just to park even though you have already paid for the room and the "resort fee". Broken mini bar fridge. Nothing complimentary. I get more from days in for less $. Room was a far walk from parking for temporarily handicapped wife and they made us wait 30+ minutes for a golf cart ride.
Beautiful place! Had some issues with customer service but all was solved.
Upgraded suite and wake up calls include newspaper and coffee delivery to the door. Omni staff is the friendliest and this is no exception. Even gave me a golf cart ride to my room.
Great place to enjoy Scottsdale and have a company conference
It was absolutely a terrible experience! I am a American Express Black Card holder and I booked reservations 2 nights before hand through the American Express points system. Doing it this way one is supposed to receive numerous benefits. At checkin I was called a liar, told I was stupid in so many words and then after assisting I was correct, told oh yes there it is, I will note that. Never an apology! After that we waited OVER 2 hours until after 3:00PM for a room . The room we waited on was supposed to be a poolside room, rather it didn t even have a pool view from back window or patio, and it was right beside the ice machine so we got the sweet sound of ice landing in a medal ice bucket all night and a room with trash from last guest in it and used q-tips on the restroom floor !!! Front desk never knew the answers to our questions and overall it was a complete disaster! I feel I was ripped off and I would never recommend anyone that likes a clean relaxing stay to go to this resort!!!

I reserved a pool side room, and that was changed when I checked in. It seems to me if I requested and paid for a pool side room, I should get it. Also, I had paid for an event there and the signage was not what I had directed. If I paid for the room space, I expect all aspects to be as indicated. People were apologetic, but nothing was done to correct it.

I was recently visiting this resort and my car was damaged in the garage by a hit and run. My car was directed to park in a non parking spot by an employee. After doing a report with security, numerous attempts to call and speak to someone, messages left, to see if cameras captured this incident, no response at all. I was told it was being looked into and someone would return my call. Not a professional way to run a business.

I was at this hotel for a conference. The conference rooms, food, and facilities were very nice. The breakfast and lunches provided to conference participants were tastey and convenient. Large room and breakout rooms were very clean and well maintained. The audio guys were very helpful, great customer service!! All in all great experience with this hotel.
Very dated. Not maintained fully. Grouchy $9 for a bottle of water in the room in $550 per night hotel room, not a single water for free. The shower head was half broken from the calcium water etc.

Beautiful resort in Scottsdale. I was there for an event so I didn't see the rooms but the grounds were very nice. Big beautiful pool and nice event spaces.

I went there for a Conference. The staff was outstanding! I Breakfast that was served as a buffet style, was also outstanding. The parking garage was easy to get in and out. Just an overall wonderful time here.
Love everything about this resort and spa. The views, the energy of the place and the service were all excellent. Went for a girlfriend spa day and in addition to a great massage, took advantage of all the amenities. Will continue to choose the Joya spa for a staycation spa spot.
Pre Thanksgiving Party was a beautiful event. Looking forward to next year!

Exceptional in practically every way. Montelucia transports you to another country for the beautiful duration of your stay. From it's relaxing quart yards to many delightful pools, there's always a place to spend so quality time in the Spanish countryside.
The may onsite restaurants are exceptional; combined with the may amenities enable you to forget traveling for anything and just enjoy the moment. (spa, conference center, business meeting rooms, gym, business center, larger reception halls, sprawling gardens, fire pit gathering areas, and soothing fountains)

Very nice place but lacked communication right from the start, I had issues finding the reception office, the people out front only said around the stair case.
I wandered around and found centro lounge an the joya spa, I didnt have a room I went as a day break away from home, so when I went up to the front desk of the spa the gentlemen looked me up but didn't give me any further information no voucher for lunch which was part of my Unwind package my husband paid for.
He gave me and a few other ladies a tour upstairs but after that my experience got worse, they assigned lockers told us how to use the lockers but didnt give us a tour to where to go, where the toilets where, nothing. I had to find things myself and this was my first time there which made me feel so uncomfortable. There wasnt anyone to talk to, the staff was stocking and doing their jobs but very quite and fast paced.
My massage was great, my facial was great, but after my facial no one came to talk to me and I wondered what was next, so I went to the Whisper room to relax since no one approached me.
I got hungry so I started to look for the Terrace for lunch, I stopped a lady restocking the gym with towels and asked her where it was, and she told me it was closed till summer. So I went to the reception desk and they said they have nothing for me, he called the joya front desk to ask if he can make a voucher for me, so then I had to go back to joyas front desk for my voucher, told me where it was expected but didn't show me on a map, I knew where centro was because it's right next to joya but not the other location.
I got to the Centro lounge around 12 pm it was packed inside, the lady I spoke wi th didbt even suggest I go to the other restaurant so I had to sit in the high wind and cold OUT SIDE just after my massage and facial, which left me.cold and shivering. It took 15 minutes for me to get a menu, I had a coughing attack during that time because of the cold weather, during that time No one came out to take my order, It took a additional 15 mins to get my oder taken and food delivered, my mani & pedi was scheduled for 1pm I had to scarf my food and drink and waited 5 mins by that time it was 12:45p for some one to come out and see if I needed anything else, which no one came out to even ask that WHILE I was eating. I got up and headed inside only to be greated by the server who took my order, I went inside to pay for my drink, gave a 20 and had to wait for my change because they didn't have change, by the time I left centro I had barely 5 minutes left to spare.
The nail lady greeted me, Connie was outstandingly awesome, she was my nail lady for my mani & pedi but my manicure is peeling already,I lost two nails already as they peeled off.
My pedi was nice, even tho she messed up my big toe by rubbing it to hard, she tried to fix it but you can still see the imperfection of her finger print in it.
The Stylist was wonderful, I have to say she was the best one I have EVER had. She took what I asked and told me the perfect shape for my hair and helped me out with everything else I asked. She was simply splendid.
I'd say that needs work is the communication and better notifications if places are closed off. I was suppose to have lunch on the terrace and wasnt told anything about it being closed.
My lunch at centro was like eating at taco bell, not aspecial experience at all.
Sadly I wont be going back here, because of how uncomfortable this experience was for me. The lack of care for a person who was there their first time an lack of communication was the reason I redid my review, gel nails should not be peeling 4 days, I get better gel nails from the nail salons that messed up my feed and nails. I am shocked to be honest. With the reviews of this place I thought I would have had a better experience.

Hands down, our favorite resort in Phoenix/Scottsdale. All the rooms are very nice and spacious, whether you get an upgraded or standard room. Restaurants have great food. The pools are nice. All around wonderful experience.

We stayed at the Montelucia to celebrate our 11th anniversary. From the moment we arrived we felt completely spoiled. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to a mountain view room, which was beautiful and greatly appreciated. The bathroom is gorgeous and the shower is huge! Because our room was at the rear of the resort we were driven with our luggage in a golf cart which was nice because its a fairly long walk otherwise. The Joya Spa and pool terrace are just amazing and highly recommended. The "hamman" experience is not to be missed! We couldn't have chosen a better location to spend our anniversary and are sure to return again soon! If you stay here you will not be disappointed!!
One of the nicest spas I've been to. Room (suite) was beautiful with great views. Staff was friendly and prompt with all requests that were made. I can't wait to come back!

I attended a small holiday event for kids which was held in on of the ballrooms. The facilities were excellent. The staff was very attentive, professional and courteous.

This Resort is a total experience! The grounds are beautiful, the food is great, the amenities are spectacular. The staff is very helpful and attentive, I would highly recommend staying here. I am only here for a work event but hope to return someday for pleasure
Not sure why they have a full blown party with blaring DJ outside rooms not related to the party. Calling the front desk only brought me the knowledge that curfew is not for another hour and a half. Wow! Really?

My husband and I got pedicures which were great and I d recommend them but the spa was okay. In the women s area there was a strong urine odor and the whirlpool had a cockroach running around the perimeter which immediately ruined the experience. After that everything just felt dirty so I had to leave. Otherwise very nice but I probably wouldn t come back anytime soon

I thoroughly enjoyed myself at the resort. The resort was very accessible which is important for someone in a wheelchair. The staff and crew were more than welcoming to assist with any issues that came up.
