It is a very beautiful resort. The rooms are a good size, with a large bathroom. The Joya Spa was wonderful. Amazing scenery, especially while enjoying the pool. Only minor complaint is about the amount of glasses and dishes left out side people's rooms, and the time it took for them to be removed. But some of those glasses were put in strange places, so that was probably guests not being considerate and just dumping them. We had a very early morning flight out, and the staff ordered us a town car and came with a golf cart to get our luggage - great service.

Went a day before Thanksgiving and was mesmerized by the awesomeness of the patios and fountains. The plants were nicely groomed and the architecture was stunning. I love going there for people watching because I'm a typical European tea sipper:)). Two thumbs up Omnia resorts:*

My wife and I stayed to celebrate my 50th birthday. The grounds were beautiful, but the rooms could use updating. The pool was full of children from open to close. Our SCHEDULED appointment could not be accommodated. Spa Manager has poor customer service. The guys at Valet (charged $30-$35 per day) were super nice, but always seemed to have been looking for a tip (hence the good customer service). The women who did our couples pedicure, in the Salon/Spa were outstanding. They had great customer service, genuine personalities and great energy.

Besides the women in the salon/spa, customer service was poor.

Not worth the money!

I have waited a long time before writing a review of this place. I am a middle class working man that stayed here with my wife as a gift from my employer for years of service. This place was beautiful and spacious. What i was not prepared for was valet parking only, everything ( food, beverages, tips) are charged to your room number. I carried my wallet at all times to pay for all of this. No one told me how it worked. The food was mostly dishes i would never touch. Alcohol was insanely pricy. Nothing to do but lounge at the beautiful pools or go to the spa. This is everything that a well off person may enjoy but we stayed in our room, ate room service food and bindge watched shows on cable tv. Wonderful place and staff but it isn't for me. I need a little more activities. I still recommend this place but be prepared for things that you may not be used to.

Beautiful and Very Clean. The food was excellent! Rooms are clean, spacious, loved the balcony and bed was comfy (loved all of the pillows). The only improvement advice I could offer is better water pressure in the shower. Other than that I would love to come again!

What a spectacular hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed and spotless. The patio has wonderful seating, lovely for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The pools are wonderful and the staff is great. I'd pick this hotel every time, no doubt about it.

This resort hotel is one of the nicest hotel in Phoenix. Overlooking the Camelback Mountain, it has a spectacular view and superb customer service. You'll find some bugs in your hotel room from time to time, but that is to be expected from a resort located out in nowhere.

Placed in a shabby, work room that was right above the pool pumps. The drone was constant and loud enough that we could not enjoy the balcony or any kind of view. Those two glasses were left outside our room (by other guests) and were led there for the duration of the stay.

Electrical sockets in the bathroom didn t work for the hairdryer or the backlit mirror.

Substandard, which is particularly disappointing when you are expecting luxury. I had previously stayed in the Presidential suite, which was superb. But no guest deserves a mediocre experience when you are paying for quality. If you choose to put someone in a room over the pumps, they need to be notified beforehand so that expectations can be managed appropriately.

The staff, however, were exceptional. Without exceptional.

Beautiful resort, but they think that justifies cannibalistic arrogance i.e., don't treat their customers with respect. When we refused to pay an unexpected parking fee, they said OK, but then unannouncedly smacked us with a $32 per day resort fee upon check-out (parking would have been $25-30 per day). Omni Montelucia of Scottsdale, you think you're so smart and that you fooled us? You deserve a one-star review. I hope your beauty withers and that you go out of business.

Enjoyed our evening there. Would be nice to have a wider selection of happy hour appetizers. The only thing that appealed to me was the flatbread. How about coconut shrimp? California rolls or spring rolls? Nachos or mini-tacos? Just some suggestions...

Great destination for a relaxing getaway. Stayed there with my wife from Christmas to the New Year. The service was top notch, the room was amazing, it had a soaking tub. The hotel is walking distance away from the Camelback Mountain and I climbed it a few times during our stay. My wife really enjoyed the spa. They also allowed us to check out late because of our flight schedule. It was our first stay at Omni and now we are fans!

They are also dog friendly. We were planning to bring our Cavalier King Charles with us but ended up leaving him with our daughter.

This hotel was my first time and I would rate it even better than the most high-end hotels from Las Vegas that we stayed in prior to our arrival the service here and attentiveness of the staff is second-to-none and it seems like all the employees are very happy and that's A+ as well as when you arrive a location of this hotel is in such a beautiful spot with the mountain scenery in the background and the layout on the property as well as the constant maintenance that is evident when you see the grounds crew everyday heaping things in Tip-Top shape. Get this even when you are approaching the grounds crew is so awar if they are Leaf blowing or cutting the even stop to allow you to pass and recognize you which is second to none... All the employees we had interaction with including Grandpa Frank as he calls himself where all highly motivated...

WOW! First of all this place is gorgeous, the scenery and backdrop almost look fake. You can sit in the pool and enjoy the Camel Back Mountain views or enjoy your private patio and watch the hummingbirds go by. The grounds are well maintained and the plants and gardens are breathtaking. Both pools are fabulous as well. I really enjoyed that they have an adult only pool for the times you just want to relax. The Kasbah pool is huge with a great water feature and a huge hot tub on the upper deck. The Joya spa is absolutely stunning! From the minute you walk in, you know you are going to be treating yourself. Overall this is an amazing place, but the staff makes the difference. Haleigh and Tori are outstanding pool side staff, they are completely on top of taking care of their guests. You can't NOT skip a Tapas tasting at the Prado with Chef Luis, bravo!!! He did an amazing job, the menu was a flavor bomb!! LaVina made sure to treat us well during our tasting and even took the time to make drink suggestions to go with a few of the Tapas. We had such an amazing time, the only disappointing part was having to leave!

Very nice resort. Beautiful grounds. Only complaint was that the bed and pillows (overstuffed) were way too soft. It was like trying to sleep on mushy mashed potatoes with a phone book for a pillow. (Picture your neck at 90 degrees to your body, because the pillow was way overfilled.)

I can t even put into words how wonderfully accommodating the staff is here. Customer service is very obviously important. Also, the property is absolutely beautiful!
We celebrated an engagement here with a girls day at the Spa. The spa manager was VERY accommodating (she got all 6 of us in), helpful & quick to respond! The whole process was better than I could have ever imagined. We were whisked away on a tour then given wonderful robes to get ready for our massages. The massage was one of the best I have ever had! I will be back time and time again, as well as, referring anyone I know here.

The facilities are wonderful and and the scenery is beautiful. The staff for the most part are accommodating but I was very disappointed in Centro restaurant. The weighted have are subpar. When we walked into the restaurant we were not seated, we waited nearly 15 minutes just to get water and menus. The food was also slow to arrive. The spot is fantastic!

Nice but, rooms are far from parking. You have to wait for a golf cart to get to and from the rooms. Also, when we left the golf cart shuttle driver didn't even take us to our car, he dropped us off at the front of the hotel, putting our luggage on the sidewalk. When we asked for a ride to our vehicle, he told us he was too busy. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and stay somewhere else.

I thought the room and amenities were very nice... the staff was also very friendly... one big complaint was the amount of mosquitos inside the room and I believe it was due to housekeeping leaving the door ajar while cleaning.. I killed about 5 mosquitoes everyday.. also the room above me had very noisy tenants and I pretty much heard stomping all day everyday while there... other than that I would say it was a very nice resort and I would probably be willing to give it another shot.. the food was also very good

The food was awesome. The service was outstanding. The property and weather were beautiful. Just remember to close your curtains during the day to keep your room cool and keep your patio door closed whenever possible.

Very beautiful place to cultivate and relax. Came in on Fourth of July weekend and there was plenty to do. The all rooms are massive and the pools are fun and relaxing, the servers come out and ask what you want their margaritas are awesome btw. You could walk out to the open bar and have a drink or have a quick bit to eat while listening to music. The atmosphere feels comfortable in the midst of the night.

The Omni Scottsdale Resort is one that you have to see and experience in person. The photos do not do it justice. We stayed for my birthday and had dinner at Prado. They had surprised us with chocolate covered cake pops with champagne shortly after arriving at our room.
The room was beautiful and superbly clean. The bathroom was stunning. The view we had with a huge balcony was more that what could have excepted.
The Prado restaurant is wonderful we tried the tapas which was a dining experience in its self.
We cannot wait to go back. I cannot say enough about this resort. The customer service was phenomenal and the hotel staff was always there to help with anything we needed.

Serene, calm, and mourish style, with a beautiful view of Camelback mountain. Then pools are nice. And there is a pool for adults. There are couple of cafes and restaurants. Their food is decent with options for pescatarians. The rooms are relatively nice, and they can get some updates.

The resort goes to great lengths to foster a sense of unique location and experience, offering multiple high-end luxuries and opportunities for self pampering. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, save for the baffling lack of USB ports, which, in this day and age, should always be present. Beds are comfy and the food on site is fresh, tasty and quite enjoyable. The real secret for this resort's success is the staff. They are exemplary.
