First Class Hotel to stay at in LA, lovely spacious rooms and good bathrooms and beds.
Nice grounds and hotel common areas.
Staff here a just excellent, so helpful and courteous was a pleasure to stay and will definitely return one day.
A short drive to Rodeo drive which the hotel car will drop you off free of charge.
My husband and I recently spent our Anniversary here. Manny at the front desk sent Champagne with a fruit & cheese plate to our room and included a lovely note wishing us a Happy Anniversary! So unexpected and what a nice touch. Thank you Manny for making our stay so special!
Truly 5-star-Hotel for quick check in, attentive service, quality bed & bedding, various & international breakfast. The location is near by Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Melrose & Santa Monica.
There structure is older but has been updated regularly. Good food and good service. The rooms are nice and most rooms have balconies. I could see the Pacific ocean beyond Fox studios.
I lived in this hotel for about two years whebn it was managed by Hyatt. I loved it.
I've been here when I was opened. Now it's interesting because of the ghosts. The owner is great and I hope she has better plans for this place!
For the first time ever, I have absolutely nothing negative to say. This hotel and its staff was amazing. All employees go above and beyond any thing I have ever experienced at a hotel. There is a house car, a totally cool Tesla, available to all guests that will drive 1.6 miles from property. I was fortunate to stay at this hotel for business for 8 days. Amazing room service. Really, really good food. Conceirge folks were fab (yes that means YOU, Andi, Jorge, Andrew - GO NOLES!) The grounds are immaculate, security was on point, and the lounge area was perfect for watching games and having a bite to eat. Rooms are huge, each room has a terrace/balcony. Pool area needs a refresh. Okay I have one complaint... the room service breakfast card for ordering is not user friendly, and there should be an egg sandwich on the menu that doesn't involve a croissant!
