InterContinental Hotels Group Cleveland OH Review

Although it's never a good reason to be here, the hotel is A one. Love the Bell cap and valet staff. I forgot to mention the air purifier in our room. Best night's sleep.

My niece and her husband took me here for dinner, along with 19 other family members and most of them she didn't even know herself. What a surprise and a treat! The food was more than delicious and the chef came to our table to say hello. I am blessed to be loved this way as she and her husband paid the bill for everyone , including the tip. Again, the food was good and I can't wait to visit again

I really enjoyed my two night stay here. The staff was friendly, the room was big, there was a microwave and fridge in the room, and the shower had lots of water pressure and got really hot! The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast was over $10 instead of it being free like other hotels, but it didn't bother me too much since I brought my own breakfast. I didn't use valet since I parked at one of the Cleveland Clinic parking garages and walked a block or two. It was cheaper doing it this was than paying for their valet. I would definitely stay here again!

From the time that we checked in, Josh T. made us feel welcome and like valued guests. The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff was definitely the best part of our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had an excellent stay from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great friendly place. All the staff were amazing friendly and kind, coffee was a bit weak in the morning but food was excellent. Try the ribs.

Very nice, just a bit outdated. The restaurant was very pricey, didn't choose to eat there. If you have to stay because of Cleveland clinic, they are nice large rooms with fridge and microwave. Has 2 separate rooms with 2 televisions. The cafeteria at the main campus has a really nice selection of food for a better price.

The suite is wonderful. The food is very overpriced, and the rooms have no override to make it cooler. That being said it's extremely clean and the furniture is comfortable. They even have air purifiers in the room which is great seeing as how it's connected to the Cleveland Clinic and most of us are staying there for medical appointments and or surgeries. The staff is wonderful. All in all I would absolutely stay there again. I would just either order food or go pick up food. If you are planning g on eating from the restaurant the food is good just really expensive, and nothing super special for the price.So, plan accordingly.

The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. The rooms are comfortable and always clean. They respond quickly to any needs for the room. Best hotel in the area for a long stay if you have family in the Cleveland Clinic.

If you stay at Intercontinental Suites in Cleveland be sure to eat at C2! Everything was excellent, especially the Truffle Fries! And don't forget dessert...the Chocolate Lava Cake was wonderful! A big shout out to our waiter Timothy...thanks for your recommendations!

Pros: Justin, a front desk clerk, was beyond helpful and cordial. The hotel location is great. Travel time was minimal for every place we needed to be. All the necessary COVID19 precautions appeared to be applied.



Resolution: I recommend this hotel in a pinch.
