Good location but the hotel is a bit dated and needs a refresh.

Amazing hotel, really helpful and polite staff. I would highly recommend this hotel, will definitely be returning.

Had a wonderful experience dining here. Fantastic food and exceptional staff. Great ambience - can get a little cool from a water feature, so best to take a cardigan or something similar with.

A luxury hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms, breakfast is varied and the room service food is very rich.

Rooms are large and the breakfast has great food. Front of house staff not so helpful. But overall its a great hotel

Visiting here for a business trip for almost a week.

Pros: near Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square and don't even have to go outside as you can use the skywalk, friendly staff.

Cons: slightly outdated, breakfast is not worth the price.

Overall, would stay at this hotel again but may consider trying another hotel if there are cheaper or same price options available.

It's all very badly organized 1h 20min for a fried egg and they bring it more dry than the mojama.

Indian Cricket Team is staying at this hotel for the Freedom Cup Sunfoil Test Match in Centurion and Johannesburg. I really liked the aura this hotel had and the reception desk is superb. The bar and the breakfast area is nice. Coffee is amazingly great at the area. Thanks

We felt safe and comfortable staying here. Highly recommended! All entrances have X-ray device just like those in airports.

The floor maids do an exceptional job cleaning both the common areas and the bedrooms is irreproachable.
The breakfast service is very good with high quality newspapers and exquisite attention.
